"There are seven days in a week and someday isn't one of them." - Unknown.
It's so easy to fall into the trap of using the word 'someday' when it comes to our dreams and goals.🔮🌛 Life can sometimes take over and it doesn't always go to plan. 💛 But what if we adapted and carried on believing we could achieve those dreams or goals, just in a different way? 💪
Taking a trip to Ireland was always on my 'someday' list and then this year I decided to make it happen. 🇮🇪 💚 I always imagined I'd visit for longer than a weekend but instead of dwelling on this, I chose to adapt and be grateful for the chance to travel somewhere amazing. ✈️
Much to my delight, Dublin was the perfect city for a weekend break - it buzzed with so much life, history and culture. 😍 Exploring Dublin and visiting the attractions was made so much easier (and quicker) thanks to the Dublin Pass - the official sightseeing city card with over 30 top attractions included. 👌🍀
My weekend guide to Dublin (including 48 hour itinerary with suggestions on things to do and places to eat) is now live! Link in bio. 🇮🇪👆
What places are on your 'someday' list?
"ALIVE ALIVE OH!" Today we took the tour of 14 Henrietta street in Dublin ....a Georgian house whose story is a facinating glimpse into almost 300 years of Dublin history. Wonderful tour....thanks to Joe our brilliant tour guide. Really worth a visit.
Thought it was an appropriate moment to post my take on the legendary Molly Malone. ... Who navigated these very cobbled streets to sell her cockles and mussels. ...alive alive oh!

I have to say I am so impressed with the playground in the grounds of rathfarnham castle. It is so big and has lots of slides, swings and climbing frames to guarantee your child will be worn out after it. 🐵
There is a coffee shop before the entrance itself but it is very small and can become easily crowded. The best option is to bring a flask and even a picnic with you as many other families were doing.☕
Another tip is to park in the numerous housing estates beside the castle. The car park is tiny and there is a parking machine there.
As they say in here: “God created alcohol to prevent Irish from ruling the world” 😀 Я пока что в местных пабах пила только кофеек. Но, думаю, что в целом быть алкоголиком в Ирландии очень даже приятно 👍🏼 #templebar#loveireland#discoverdublin
“I respect kindness in human beings first of all, and kindness to animals. I don't respect the law; I have a total irreverence for anything connected with society except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer.”
Not directly pub related, but had to post as I’m in awe of this #brendanbehan mural which popped up in the North Inner City this week. A stone’s throw away from where Brendan was born and reared, on Russell St.
It seems to be a sunny Saturday in Dublin 🥰 Yay! 🎉
Are you ready to catch some sun? ☀️
We’ve been away on holidays but it’s time to come back 🙃 Dublin, we missed you sooo much! 🥰 We are ready to share and spread the love to our amazing city over and over again💕
📸 Thanks @gayathri.s.vasan for this fantastic picture! 🤩
