Feeling super spoilt today! One of my lovely Wotton House brides picked her dress up this morning and said that her sister is now getting married and she wants to come for an appointment with us! She said out of 9 shops she has visited this year with friends, we were here favourite experience! So touched! 😍😍😍
I also just spoke to a lovely mum who is looking to book for her daughter! She said that our name is top of the list and is the highest priority appointment! I'm so honoured! Thank you Sarah and Carol! 😍😍😍
What an amazing feeling! ❤💜🧡❤💜🧡❤💜🧡
My holiday pics always point to the sun when I find it. I’m solar powered 😬😅 .
I’m not just ‘feeling’ calm, I’m ‘experiencing’ it. Feeling #grateful for the opportunity to switch down a gear or two. It’s giving me the opportunity to reflect on what’s gone well and not so well lately, without heavy judgement. It’s giving me a chance to reflect on plans and projects that begin in September without overexcitement and expectation. .

Something a little different for us! Stripping it RIGHT back to clean cut, luxury crepe, modest train, glamour. (Naturally we're going to RAMP UP on the accessories lol) but sometimes it's best to start with a strikingly simple base and build up! 😍

So, it's been a bit of a crazy week! Back from a few weeks off and literally hit the ground running! So much so, we missed our 100 BRIDES celebration which happened on Friday night with this beauty who gets married at @rivervalebarnweddings next year!
In just 16 months since opening our little boutique, we have had the pleasure of hundreds of appointments and now, over 100 brides to call our own 😍
I can't quite believe it but thank you with all of my heart to every bride, family member and friend who has come to our boutique and supported our business through reviews and word of mouth. It is truly and whole heartedly appreciated more than I could explain! 😍
Thank you also to every business owner who has supported me throughout the years as we continue to work and grow together in this ever changing industry!

🌟Attention Ladies ! Follow Rachel’s Story🌟 ✅ 1st Peel Treatment for my client Rachel ❤️ before and after the 1st treatment photos to show how Rachel had no redness after the treatment ❤️ ✔️ I did a Light Peel to start with today . I will then go on to the Beta Peel to deal with congested skin with contains 2 antibacterial acids . ✔️ The Vitamin C and Retinol that Rachel is using, will help speed up cell turnover and recovery . Hydr8 B5 will provide a moisture surge to plump the skin and leave it fresh as a daisy . ✔️ Keep watching for future posts as we follow Rachel through her course of 6 peels .
Amy just landed in my inbox looking FIT and completely beautiful in her gown PIPPA. Can we take a moment and look how gorgeous this woman is, smiling for a cheeky snap on her wedding day at Gildings Barn on Saturday just gone!
Her lace bodice and keyhole back, fitted crepe skirt showing off her rather fabulous booty 🍑, and beautiful train dancing behind her. Just perfection!
Amy's hair was quaffed by my favourite Sussex and Surrey stylist @beckies_bridal_hair and her make-up by Jen Hawkins. .
Amy carried a gorgeous pop of fresh flowers by the super talented @ladylissy_floristry and the sun shone for her and her new hubs! ❤💜❤💜❤💜

St Martin, Dorking, Surrey - as my Reader will already be aware, I believe Dorking to be the best place on this turning world. This belief goes back to my early childhood when I had a toy bus with ‘Dorking’ written on it. Not only was this bus green when all the buses I knew were red, I dreamt of riding on it to a magical place, DORKING; a place without brothers, or bullies or bastards who stamp on your treasured green bus until it be as flat as a halibut. Ah, Dorking... #dorking#dreaming#favouriteplaces#bus#toys#childhood#surrey#church#churches#eulogise

If Gatsby Glam is a little bit perfect for your aisle style, you should probably book an appointment to come for a visit in October!
I have decided to name this STUNNING gown 'JOYCE' after my beloved nana-banana who was born in the roaring 20's. She lives up in Suffolk now with my mum so having her dress here with me in Dorking will keep me smiling!
She will be arriving with us, in stunning champagne and ivory, very late in September, so don't hesitate to book in for autumn!
We are currently experiencing a 6-7 week wait for Saturday's and Sunday's so unite the tribe and start the hunt! 😂😘😍🤗
I can't wait to meet you beautiful! ❤💜❤💜

Some full Russians in action here, don’t forget to brush your lashes to keep them fluffy 🤩
Back to my old School 🏫this morning giving a talk 🎤to the pupils on “How to Never Give Up and Chase your Dreams “ it was such a joy to share my story and my journey and hopefully inspire them. My ending comment was:
You don’t need to be the strongest
You don’t need to the fastest
You don’t need to be the tallest
You don’t need the richest
You don’t need to be the smartest
YOU JUST NEED TO BE YOUR BEST . Lucy 💃🏼🧚🏼♀️💋💋

After posting pictures from all over the globe, this is a post just a short drive from my home - in England. A classic cold winter sunrise.
8.50pm and just getting in my car after a long day. Random stranger calls out to me "I just want you to know that you're the hardest working person in Dorking; seriously, you never stop"....
What an absolutely amazing thing to say! I'm a little emotional and so chuffed that someone I've never seen before, has obviously noticed the long hours and weekend work that I put in to our business. Maybe he's seen me leaving at 10pm after a long day of appointments and then admin. Maybe he's seen me on numerous Sunday's at 6pm unloading the transit from a wedding fair. Either way, he felt the need to commend.... and how lovely is that!?
So, here's the deal. Commend someone tomorrow on something and make their day. It could be anything. How kind they are. How smart they are. How happy they make you. How good they are at their job. How they inspire you. Anything that will put a smile on their face, without the want of anything in return.
Thank you random man of Dorking. I will never forget this seemingly insignificant moment, because to me, it meant the world.
