Yes! 😌 Mental health is JUST as important as physical health. 🏋️♀️I used to keep a positivity journal where I would write down everything good that happened that day—big or small. 📝 It could be as great as “Today I got a raise!” 💵 to as simple as “@walmart had my favorite @benandjerrys ice cream on sale.” 🍨 ($3.84, ya’ll!!)
