Let's be clear here. It's not like its impossible to overtrain but I'd put money on it that most people are Training somewhere between low intensity to what I like to call "high level medium" which are most fit-pros. Intense training typically comes from professional athletes in most cases.
Now with that said, you cam still feel like absolute 💩 training in those ranges. Through my experience, most people simply don't sleep enough and do it often enough to even recover well from consistent medium training. Compound that with not eating to match activity.
Add that on to the fact that most of us can't even turn off our own mental/emotional stress.
In order to properly ramp up training, you have to recover from the last one. Imagine trying to drive your car further with less gas each time. Sooner or later, you'll just be on the side of the road.

Probably not the royal one you were thinking of, but dental crowns are great as both aesthetic and restorative options. It can make a tooth that you may have otherwise considered extracting to be stronger, functional, and pretty.
Reasons your dentist may present a crown as a treatment plan:
You have a cavity that is too large and unsupported to fill.
You may need a root canal treatment and a crown would help protect your tooth
Maybe veneers just aren’t an option for you and you’ve tried bleaching, but you just want that smile you never had. Nothing wrong with that!
Always check in with your dentist about your options. You only get one set of adult teeth - be kind to them!

Because one the hardest things for me trying to stay on track is eating the same thing over and over and it was highly requested I share the recipe.
That’s why I’m always in the kitchen trying new things and switching it up.
Sometimes it’s good and sometimes its a bust.
But this one ☝🏼is one of my FAVORITES! And super EASY!
Buffalo Chicken Dip 🍗🧀🌶
1 Can of Chicken or Packet
2 Tbs of cream cheese soften
1 Tbs of hot sauce
Mix it up and put into a oven save bowl, into the over under boil for about 3-5 minutes to heat up then add shredded cheese I used 1/8 of a cup and but back under until melted.
I used sea salt pita chips to eat it!

Ain’t no peach like a farm-fresh Fredericksburg peach! They’re especially delicious with organic blueberries, hemp seeds, a splash of unsweetened coconut milk, and this locally made “Dad’s” gluten-free granola with Texas pecans. 😋
There’s some added sugar in the granola (maple and agave), so I won’t eat it all the time, but I will enjoy a sprinkle of it here and there. It seemed like the proper occasion to have some after picking it up, along with some peaches, at the farmer’s market this weekend.
Did you know oats are good for the gut? They contain prebiotic fiber, which feeds our commensal or “good” bacteria. In turn, this creates short-chain fatty acids that fuel our colon cells. It’s critical to provide proper nutrition to these cells so that they can perform the very important task of maintaining a strong barrier between our undigested food or infections and our bloodstream.
Just be sure your oats aren’t highly processed or high in sugar (e.g., flavored instant oatmeal). Highly processed grains and added sugar actually feed the “bad” bacteria (and cause a spike in blood sugar), so any prebiotic benefits may be cancelled out.

Do you ever just have a perfect day? Even crazier a perfect Monday? It wasn’t even “perfect” by the normal standards of everything going exactly as planned, but it had this beautiful flow to it.
. @jforeman1281 and I have been working to communicate and schedule/time block better in this new phase of life so that each of us has our own space to decompress and fill our cups, and work, and maintain our house, and stay present with our child... you know like allll the things! When they say becoming a parent is an adjustment, they don’t joke! 😆
BUT, I find our relationship growing stronger in this process and in just our second week of #timeblocking and @passionplanner ing, we had this really awesome day. 😍🙏🏻 We each knew the other’s expectation of the day, checked in when timing was getting slightly off, and showed up for the transitions with Chloe. And we all got what we needed and felt fulfilled at the end of the day. ❤️ Which is the entire goal everyday right? Yay to “perfect” days. ✨

I'm so grateful that I started this journey 7+ months ago. It has changed my life in so many amazing ways and I cannot wait to see where else it takes me.
This is just a reminder that you can change. You can transform your body and your mind. In doing that, you will transform your entire life. I'm nothing special, I'm just a mom and wife that had a desire to change her body and get her life back. And I met some amazing women who helped me along the way! The beautiful thing about self awareness is it creates true self acceptance. And when you begin to accept yourself you start to choose yourself. Shoulder Stand or Sarganvasana is a unique way to reinvigorate your whole body and stimulate your thyroid, the butterfly shaped gland positioned at the front of the neck, by charging it with fresh oxygenated blood.

🧘♀️Lie on your back with knees bent, feet on the floor, raise your knees and rock them gently to your forehead, then place your hands under your hips.
🧘♀️Begin to lift your legs straight up above your head as if you are standing on the ceiling.
🧘♀️Inch your hands to your back ribcage and squeeze your elbows towards each other supporting your weight with your arms and shoulders.
🧘♀️Relax your face and neck, focus on your breathing for 5-10 breaths.
🧘♀️Bend the knees and consciously roll the spine back to the floor, using your arms as ‘breaks’.

Change is hard. Staying the same is easy. It’s comfortable and requires less thinking. Our body and brain like what’s easy. That’s why we gravitate to it. The problem with this is it leads to stagnation. ⠀
Without growth you aren’t living up to your highest potential. It’s mediocre living and your were meant for so much more! ⠀
Growth takes courage. It takes putting in the effort even when things get challenging. Growth requires you to do the thing that scares you. It’s stepping into a new version of yourself and not looking back. It’s taking a leap of faith. It’s believing wholeheartedly in your dreams and your ability to get there. It’s trusting the process and enjoying the journey. ⠀

And while you’re at it, stop worrying about trying to fit into the mold of what you think you’re supposed to be like.
I spent the better part of my life trying to fit into someone else’s box. I thought if I was more “_____” I’d be better liked, a better athlete, smarter, more promotable, etc etc.
In my twenties I ran myself to death hoping the next marathon is finally get “skinny” Destroyed my mental health to make a career work just because it was considered prestigious. Tried to look a certain way because looking bi-racial meant no one knew “what” you are. I did a lot of things I thought I “should” be doing to get it right.
And if you’re being honest with yourself, I bet you are too.
It never occurred to me that I wasn’t just enough. I was perfect, just as I am. Still am. And so are YOU.
I found my success (and lots of it!) when I stopped being afraid to use my voice. When I stopped apologizing for who I am and how I am made. When instead I owned my ideas, my gifts and my visions. I accepted (and dare I say) learned to love my body. When I realized that what I have to offer really IS special, beneficial and valuable.
The world doesn’t need any more people trying to be like someone they saw scrolling social media. It needs you to show up exactly as you are, exactly how the universe made you.
It needs your brain, your voice, and your opinions, even if not everyone agrees. Hate to break it to you, but it’s a good thing if people don’t like you - it means you’re willing to stand up for something you believe in.
So what if there’s already a market full of other people doing what you want to be doing - teaching fitness, filming videos, opening a studio, doing makeup - NO ONE is going to do it the way can. And that’s where your success will come from.
It’s simple fam. Show up. Be you. Kick @ss. Repeat.
