The American Academy of Pediatrics (APP) has released an update on car seat safety. Previously, the AAP specified children should remain rear-facing at least to age 2. The new recommendation removes the specific age milestone. “It’s best to keep your child rear-facing as long as possible. This is still the safest way for children to ride.” Read more here. #MMAInsurance#Pickerington#NewAlbany#IndependentAgent#ChoiceMatters#TeamMMA#AAP

If you need policy documents, need to know who your carrier is or your policy numbers, you can find them on our web page at www.mmains.net. Renters insurance is important. Whether you're getting renters insurance because you're headed off to college, or you've been a renter and are looking for ways to save money on your renters insurance, here is what you need to know.
If you're renting, many landlords now require that you have a basic renters insurance policy as a condition of your lease. If you're going to college, maintaining a renters insurance policy for your dorm room, could mean the difference in protecting your valuables or not having any coverage if something happens. Plus, college parties are prime opportunities for trouble.
Renters insurance is actually very affordable. Did you know the renters insurance that some apartments try to sell you, only protect the building & not your “stuff?” Renters insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your belongings: furniture, electronics, gaming consoles, clothing, household items…your “stuff.”
Let us help protect your belongings for just pennies a day & pece of mind. Give us a call at 614.834.6624 & request your free renters quote.
The month of May consists of many types of awareness. From Bladder Cancer Awareness Month to National Arthritis Month, Asthma and Food Allergy Month, Mental Health Awareness, Melanoma Skin Cancer Awareness, Lupus Awareness and so many more. What do these all have in common? The answer…Your health.
Spring has sprung! Get outside & get moving. A simple walk can work wonders. A little fresh air is beneficial to everyone. Many New Years resolutions to lose weight or to get healthy, have fallen waist side by now. But that doesn’t have to be the end of your story. Start now, you still have half the year to accomplish something healthy for yourself. Try to focus on one healthy snack each day & be conscious of your water intake. Water doesn’t have to be boring, add a piece of fruit.
