Don’t subscribe to the “it’s the end of the month, I’ll start in September” line of thinking. “I’ll start Monday” will lead you to a life of ideas with no execution. Start TODAY. One step at a time. Honor the fact that you woke up today with what you want to accomplish. ✨❤️
Sunset walks. ———
Been pushing myself to do nightly walks the majority of this #pregnancy . Some nights are easy- some nights I know I’m just doing it to keep my body in motion. I can say with confidence though- that these walks have been a lovely time for Greg and I to connect and chat about what’s to come....and yes, we acknowledge we won’t have the luxury of just walking outside anytime we please in the near future 👶 ☺️😉.... So we appreciate what is now...
(and for the record, he’s never said no to a walk- so thank you for that too Hun) #butsometimesmytimingisoff 🤣

You know it’s a good day when you have the playground to yourself!!
At first she was a little bummed that there were no other kids, but once she realized she didn’t have to wait she was more then happy to have the playground to herself!
Happy Sunday friends 💕
What is everyone up to today?
Baby A is like a meme factory. Everyday she does something which has me in stitches. Best is when she is not trying at all and is just being herself. Man, I am going to have my hands full for longer than I hoped for. #AadhyaIsAMeme
After 3 weeks I can Finally read bedtime story's again tonight!
I can't wait to cuddle & read some books together. My favourite books are the ones about a bear called Bobbi and he does all the new things kids do too. It's fun to read (or sing as I do sometimes) And I love how Ivy mostly can tell the whole story after hearing it one time & she can't read yet.
Organic foods are grown or processed without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
You may be wondering if it’s necessary to incorporate organic food into your diet while breastfeeding. In Raising Baby Green: The Earth-Friendly Guide to Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Baby Care, Alan Greene, MD says that while it is still a better choice than formula, a diet filled with chemically treated foods can impact the quality of the mother’s breast milk.
We know how important it is to give the best to your child. That's why our products contains only natural components 🍎🍋☘️.

Thinking back on our last family vacation while we plan our next one and It's hard to believe Evelyn was this small while we were in Portugal last summer.
Heading to Vegas for a family wedding in September. If you have any great tips or tricks on taking a toddler to Vegas, let me know👇
Blisfully happy in upper kachura. Dream big. Hike mountain tops. Wake for sunrise. Camp under the stars. Take swims in glacier water. Chase waterfalls. Dance in the moonlight. Travel to the northern side of Pakistan. Go skinny dipping. Make new friends. Eat fresh fruits plucked from trees. Donot jump off the cliff. Love the earth. Give back. Spend time with loved one or with yourself. Take risks.
what you are waiting for. 🌟
my sophisticated museum goer 🤓 just kidding. breck begged to go to the field museum yesterday so down to it we went. while we were there the twins screamed through lunch, we saw exactly ONE exhibit, and then we dragged all 3 out of the gift shop yelling + crying. but ledger had fun and then when i asked them at the end of the day what their favorite thing was, they both said the museum 🤷🏼♀️ i guess it really is all about perspective.

Finished phase one of my workout program. Meaning the first 20 of 100 workouts!
I was able to go up on weights and feel I have a much better endurance when it comes to burpees and those crazy lightening bolts ⚡. Feeling so strong and ready to see what the rest of the program has in store for me 🖤

How cute are these oil boxes!? 😍 Do you need a convenient and beautiful way to store your oils? I did!
One of the things I struggled with when I first began using oils was actually using them! I had an collection of the top ten oils and all of the powers I needed to support my family right at my fingertips. With these top ten oils I was able to detoxify my air, ease seasonal allergies, relieve head tension, promote up lifting moods, calm fevers, create a relaxing environment, lessen discomfort from ouchies, freshen my linens and cloth furniture naturally, eliminate bacteria, support our respiratory health, create natural and toxic free hand soap, and much more! However I wasn’t using my oils to benefit in these ways At ALL. Instead, they sat in the bottom of a drawer in my home, and because they were out of sight, they were out of mind, and the WERE NOT being used. So I got my oils out of that drawer, placed them in areas of my home that I would use them the most, and began taking the caps off!
This oil box, that’s definitely family room decor worthy, is a great way to keep your oils close, in mind, and ready for use! As you can see, I have my oils and my diffuser only a few steps away from each other. So convenient! I can also store rollerballs where I’ll need them the most. Whether it’s a relaxing before bed blend that I can roll and massage on to my the bottom of my children’s feet to help them relax, or a pick me up blend that promotes energy when I need a little push to finish the household chores, I have it nearby and ready!
These boxes are limited in quantity, but available for purchase in the Pittsburgh area. $15 for natural wood/ $17 for gray. Let this oil box help you keep your oils nearby! DM to get your oil box. 💧🌱

Happy seven months, sweet Bea! This month she started sitting up unassisted and crawling backwards. She got sick for the first time, but she weathered it like a champ! She tried lots of new foods, and prefers green veggies but also loves her carbs, especially pancakes! This is also the first month she started trying to pull the letters off the letter board. Love this little wiggle worm! ⋒ #beatrixgrowing#beatrixadelia
New mom @AmySchumer was asked on Instagram how she'd "cope" if her son has autism like her husband, and this was her response. 👏👏 Preach, mama! Being on the spectrum is NOT a negative thing. Tap the link in bio to read the full exchange.
