One of my favourite tracks for meditation is Om Mane Padme hum. I listen to it often, it is soothing and grounding and really allows the breath and the body to drop into that relaxed state. Having something to listen to and concentrate on when you first start a meditation practice can make it a little easier (imho)
Maybe give it a try this week. Get up a little earlier and set yourself up for the day or take a little time before bed and clear the mind. No, I haven’t been bitten by a vampire! This is what can happen when you take fish oil (and other somewhat blood thinning supplements), and have skin booster injections. All worth it though, as the bruises will disappear in a week or two, but the skin benefits will last! If you want to lower the risk of bruising, I suggest stopping any blood thinning supplements two weeks prior to cosmetic injections.

Don't work your shit out on other people.
Allow yourself to feel the ups and the downs.
Don't fight it.
If you need to help to move these feelings, thoughts and emotions through your body, try a bunch of things, and see what works for you.
Walk in nature.
Scream into your pillow.
Do a kickboxing class.
Text a friend.
Call your partner.
Have a cuddle with your children.
Read an inspiring book.
Watch a motivating doco.
The list is endless.
We often don't know how to process our emotions, so we act them out on others by yelling at them, snapping, being rude.
Or we take them out on ourselves, we berate ourselves, negative self-talk, we might over-eat.
The growth is in the feeling.
The facing of these emotions.
Do not be afraid of them, they are just visitors passing through.
They don't stay there.
Make friends with them, say hello, hang out for a bit.
