Here later get the Leg training routines using, today focusing on the Thighs still.
Today using Pyramid training with Intervals as well as adding a 5sec Eccentric & Concentric with my Squats!
Whenever training the Legs when doing Interval training I like to do on my last two sets once see I hit failure due point by repeating the routines. Is use one set with High Intensity & the last one with a 5sec Eccentric & Concentric!
Making sure truly push the Legs to the max limit whenever training them!
Give this a try next time spin the wheels, I notice growth majorly when do this!

My friends just spaghet-me.
Lunch with friends is fun; lunch with friends and their kids is even better. Not only did I get to go try @bonnenesf (thanks for sharing about this place, @lilybubbletea!) but I finally got to meet my friend’s baby boy. I ordered the mentaiko spaghetti which is my all time favorite Japanese pasta: perfectly al dente spaghetti tossed with cured cod roe, seaweed, shiso leaf in a creamy butter sauce. It’s hard to find a good mentaiko pasta in the states and @bonnenesf nailed it for me.
Japanese pasta dishes, better known as wafu pasta, are very classic and common dishes in Japan. Many Japanese dishes have western influences to them and wafu pasta combines Italian spaghetti with Japanese ingredients to create a fusion dish. Italian pastas were introduced to Japan in the late 1800s during a period of internationalization and it gained popularity in the country during the post-war period. There is no standard wafu dish; it can consist of any combination of Japanese seasonings and ingredients. There are some ingredients that are very popular when making wafu pasta though: uni (sea urchin), mentaiko (Alaskan cod roe), mushrooms, and shiso leaves. My favorite wafu pasta are definitely the mentaiko pasta and anything involving sea urchin. Maybe I’ll make a wafu pasta dish soon to share!

I remember all the demons I was fighting. I can still feel the tears rolling down my cheek. I can still feel the fire that was fueling me. I still feel the hunger inside of my soul. This was just the beginning. .
