Day 360/365: Aphasia
So satisfied I said a lot of things tonight
So long aphasia and the ways it kept me hiding
It's not so much exactly all the words I used
It's more that I was somehow down to let them loose
Day 359/365: Uma Thurman
The blood, the blood, the blood of the lamb
It's worth two lions, but here I am
And I slept in last night's clothes and tomorrows dreams
But they are not quite what they seem

Day 358/365: Swing Swing
The notes are old,
They bend, they fold
And so do I to a new love
The All-American Rejects
pride was....absolutely freaking amazing. after five years of waiting and not being able to go, finally getting to experience it and celebrate my community was an experience like no other. i can always trust @which__witch__is__which and @carlone_parmesan to make me do the craziest things, and have the most amazing time doing them.
thanks for having me, pride mtl. i can't wait to see you next year <3
We all have worries, I am a terrible worrier are you? I definitely believe that worries increase when we become parents and then again when our children are teens then I imagine when they drive, move out oh and go away with friends 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve been looking at mindfulness a lot and find it such an interesting process-I’ve saved to my highlights some research I did into our thoughts emotions and behaviours-I love that stuff!
TGIF-and a bank holiday weekend, what are your plans? We have a busy one I’m catching -up with friend Tonight then kids are back tomorrow and have family down for the weekend.
Day 357/365: The Bear
Bear walked wild for groceries, and everyone stared at the ground
Moving to the beat of the sound of the voices of the engines.

Day 356/365: Hard Times
But the Camptown man, he doesn't plow no more
I seen him walking down to the cigarette store
Guess he lost that knack and he forgot that song
Woke up one morning and the mule was gone
