Happy Sunday everyone!
Here's a fun little assignment for you all today. Before you go into a busy week, take some time and think about the people if your life whom you haven't hugged in a while, whom you are yet to forgive or whom you haven't told: "I love you."
Make a list and reach out to them. Not only will this breathe some light and love into your own life, but you have NO IDEA what an incredible impact this may have on the person receiving your love.
We don't get nearly enough touch, love, affirmations and support these days. Giving love is just as powerful as receiving it too. Do this today. Then repeat again the next day and notice the ripple effect that our actions create.
Feel free to share what comes up for you as the result of this little exercise and as always, be well.
You go girl. #getitatx#wellnesscoaching#integrativenutritioncoach#givelove#givegratitude#atx#sundayvibes

This client had the brilliant idea of covering up a boring fireplace behind her ceremony space with the gorgeous blush flower wall! What a statement!
My sweet Avery and Clint, Mommy misses you so much. I'm working hard to stop what those criminals are doing to you both. Children deserve to be believed, and an army is forming to fight for you. Don't give up! Speak your truth until someone listens! I'm so sorry I haven't protected you from harm, but I won't stop until you both are home safe, get the justice you deserve and those criminals are stopped for good.
These innocent children, ripped from their Mother and home, the only school they have ever known and all of their friends since birth. Returned to the abuser they are begging to be protected from, justifiably in fear for their lives and criminals using the courts to continue the abuse of children. I promise you - Cynthia Gonzalez of Domestic Relations, Cristi Trusler, Graydon Trusler, Kelley Baker, Joy Lipa, Diane Appel and most of all Christopher Reynolds - YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH COVERING UP THE ABUSE OF A CHILD EVER AGAIN.
Pedophilia by proxy, pedophilia, collusion, and using children to extort money due to "Parental Alienation" is the name of the game for the individuals above. The term was founded by Richard Gardner, a sick monster that believed "Pedophilia is a natural part of human sexual development" and "Tell the child that sexual abuse by a father is normal" before he took his own life. Thank god he's dead! If this can happen to my kids and me, it can happen to you, too.
If you are in Travis County Family Law Courts and a victim of these thugs please DM me. There are a mountain of victims coming out of the woodwork ready to testify about their misconduct. It is disgusting, immoral, unethical and criminal what they are doing. Time to take out the trash. #TexasGeneralLandOffice
Keep stalking Cristi/Chris. You can't silence everyone. #freespeech#dueprocess#law
I took the biggest design risks with the Savoy flip than I have with any other flip. I knew painting the cabinets a color other than white or gray would turn some people off, but I hoped that enough potential buyers would love it like I did. It seems to have worked since we received 5 offers the first weekend on the market! Yay for people who love some color in their life!
Reversals are hard. I use them, but I often find myself wincing when they show up in certain contexts. I feel like I’m getting a lecture sometimes, or like I’m being confronted with all that I’m not/what’s not available to me. Now, I may *know* that’s not what’s going on with reversals (while the Tarot can be bitter medicine, I don’t think it’s “mean”) but it can still feel scary and shitty to pull them, especially when you’re feeling tender and just want something soothing and “easy”. •
So, I made up this little spread on the fly this morning to explore my relationship with reversals and it was really helpful. What I need to know about them in my practice: the Lovers. In this deck, the reflective aspect of this card is really illuminated—the birds almost look like they could be mirrors of each other. For me, this is a strong reminder that reversals are not showing up as the *opposite* of anything. And also that they belong in my practice! The Lovers is such a strong card of medicinal relationships. •
What part of me finds them so confrontational? Death. Well yeah. The part of me that’s changing, falling away, that is scared to leave/be left. Reversals feel like *change* in a pretty tangible way, and that is always a threat to the ego. •
What to remember: 3 of Wands. Reversals are offering me a foundation for growth. They point the way towards expansion. •
How best to engage with reversals: Knight of Swords reversed, which I clarified with 2 more reversed court cards. So: don’t take them so personally, for one thing. They’re not an assault on my character. And don’t try to “solve” them like some intellectual riddle. Let them wash over you, let them wash out again. •
So! This was really helpful to me, maybe it will be for you, too. Just a reminder, in case you need it, that reading reversals is totally optional. Your practice is complete and valid without them. •
What’s your relationship with reversals? If you do this spread, let me know what comes up! •

What's a snatch grip Pendlay row you ask? It's a variation of good ol #bentoverrows that targets your mid/upper back a bit more than a traditional 45 degree bent over row. Generally, these are done very strict with the goal of little to no low back extension to "cheat" the weight up. The snatch grip further emphasizes the engagement of mid/upper back musculature (mid & lower traps, rhomboids in particular). Using variations like this help to facilitate continual improvement but also help prevent overuse issues and injuries. This is because the movement pattern is different enough to more evenly distribute the load across different tissues but stays specific enough to have carryover to what you're looking to improve...in my case, my strength right off the floor on #deadlifts . Variation is key but so is specificity...therein lies the challenge. The good news is that through things like undulating periodization and the conjugate method (which is a form of undulating periodization) you can achieve this balance. Happy #Strongmansunday !
Look up, look back, look forward. It’s most likely not what you expected. Guess what, that’s the plan. I don’t have control... the most I really could have is influence. It’s really not up to me. There are too many factors & variables in the equation. This is something I continue to work through. Ultimately, I believe there is a blueprint created by a higher power. I may get glimpses of it, but it’s highly unlikely that I will see the whole movie before it plays out. It doesn’t matter if I like it or not, I have to get use to that. Some days it’s totally fine. Others, I want to know. It would help alleviate fear, anxiety, wasted energy. Owning the fact that if I do the right thing, this wild life will will be amazing. It’s a ride like no other. It moves at a snails pace at times. Other times, I blink & 10 years have gone by. The ultimate roller coaster & we all have a ticket. The question is not whether I’ll get in the ride or not. The real question is will I lean in & love the uncertainty.
Today, in honor of the best valentine a boy could ever have, we wear #zebruhsforduncan - When mama started this insta page for me we never could have imagined the friends we’d make nor that their loss would become our loss. I snuggled mama when she found out about Duncan’s passing because there were real tears in her eyes. We’ve never met, but we meant something to each other and we wanted to try to find a way to show Duncan’s family that they’re not alone. Thanks to @caninecollectables for making these beautiful bow ties my boy rocked so often, hopefully my fluffs does them justice! Happy Duncan Day! 🧡

August 16th, I started my dream job. I am so grateful to @kuhlmancellars for giving me this opportunity to grow, learn, and become part of a beautiful family. This really has been such a wild ride, but y’all have been some wonderful employers and genuine people.
