Hat's up for the (almost) weekend! We'd be excited to spend our days paddling through Siargao's amazing rivers. Or even better, jumping into then, just like the kids diving from the palm tree 🌴🛶 Photo by @illumelation
Komodo is on the top of my favourite things about this trip so far. It literally had everything I could have asked for.
Beautiful scenery, crystal blue water, untouched wildlife and an amazing group of people 🐉💦.
• 📍: Labuan Bajo
I met this hardworking young man at Icon Siam .. works hard with a smile .. the young man knows the rules, but the old man knows the exceptions .. A young man without ambition is an old man waiting to be.
Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, one of the most recognizable landmarks of Thailand.
The temple is decorated with colorful porcelain tiles and sea shells and stands majestically above the water, on the Thonburi side of Chao Praya River in Bangkok.
TIP: for those who are planning to visit Wat Arun, it's absolutely stunning during the sunset, particularly when the entire temple is lit up at night. Yet, the quietest time to visit is during the early morning, before the crowds.
Entry fee: 100 bath.
Transit in Bali before I leave to Sumba! And I had to get myself a cup of almond milk latte from @livingstonebakery - the Petitenget blend from @curiouspeoplecoffee reminds me of nutella which matches the almond milk from @milklabco perfectly. There is literally nothing better than watching the sunset with a cup of coffee in hand while reading Love For Imperfect Things by @haemin_sunim ✨. In the meantime, if I’m not as responsive on chat or IG, I apologize because Sumba is pretty bad in terms of cellphone reception! I’ll keep trying to reply and post as I get reception but it won’t be as fast as usual 📱 #AlyTravelDiary#AlyGoesToBali
The #beautifulcambodian town of Kampot is famous for two things...
Spice for life
Salt and Pepper
Salt and pepper are just everyday condiments on the tables of many countries the world over, but to the people of Kampot, on the south coast of Cambodia, these elements make a real difference in lifting them out of poverty.
Over just three days it is possible to experience to glory of the aromas and textures of the locally produced pepper. Our recommendation is finding a nice tranquil bungalow on the river and cruising through the small village in order to truly appreciate all the hidden gems there are to offer...
