AMAZING bottle share with @tateost42 today. Majority in part thanks to @oldbeardedbeerdude for hooking me up with the amazing collaboration beers from @garageproject in their Hapì series. Also featured is the "Oh what a lovely day, let's go out and pick some" series with blackberry being the main component. Finished off with a two year old bottle of @omnipollo Selassie Imperial Stout. Cheers again mate & weel have to do it again sometime! #cheerstogoodbeers

Hazy days crazy nights is back on and this round is a Mango double hazy IPA! It finished out at 8.3% ABV and will rock you in just the right way! In this beer you will notice Heavy notes of Fit For A King, Texas Hippie Coalition and Upon A Burning Body with hints of Machine Head and HELLYEAH!🤘🍻🤘 also this beer is bursting with Citra and Ekuanot hops giving it that tropical heavy metal kick ass flavor you’ve been waiting for!

F E U R R E // CULINARY TART SAISON (5.5%) [feu-r’] : To Forage.
Feurre (Vol. 1) is the first iteration in a series of culinary-inspired saisons. The idea with Feurre was to strike a balance between complimentary flavours, acidity, and the classic esters and phenols of our house saison culture. Volume 1 was inspired by flavours of the meditteranean.
Feurre was brewed with barley, wheat malt, spelt, and raw wheat. During the boil, we added generous amounts of fresh lemon peel and juice, as well as handpicked rosemary and lavender from here on the North Shore. Feurre was fermented in stainless with a mixed culture of lactobacillus and a phenolic-forward saison strain.
C H I M E R A // BRETT IPA (6.5%) [ki-mer-a]: a fire-breathing female monster with a lion's head, a goat's body, and a serpent's tail.
Chimera, our first Brett IPA, was brewed with pilsner malt, oats, and flaked wheat to provide a big, juicy body. Hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe in the boil, Chimera was fermented in stainless on a infamous strain of brett, Brett Trois Vrai. We dryhopped this lil’ gal with Mosaic and Simcoe during it’s long and slow fermentation, and then further dryhopped with Cashmere post-fermentation. The result is a funky, hazy, and juicy IPA, showcasing notes of pineapple, tropical fruit, and durian. .

The best @450northbrewing beer I’ve had. Pulled the piñata from my birthday out to find it still full of treats 🤷🏻♀️😂 Unlike some of the others I’ve had from 450 the fruit is really well balanced in this one making it super crushable.

Portrait of a beer: Cherry Haands. Remember Hammer Haands, the collab that we did with @haandbryggeriet_official? That was a lovely farmhouse ale that we brewed with 100% NY state-grown malt and fermented with Norwegian farmhouse yeast. We racked a portion of it into 4 red wine barrels from LI along with some tart cherries. We rested it for four months, allowing the fruit to ferment and the wood and cherry character to meld with the flavors of the beer. We’re loving this one - notes of fresh-baked cherry pie in the nose which continues with the every sip. Balanced, melodious & incredibly drinkable, we sincerely hope you do enjoy. On draft now in our LIC taproom. Sorry, no crowlers as this is a very small batch.

@deepbrew in Tallahassee is a cool spot, but I could not get my creative juices flowing for a photo. Nothing was working and it all felt wrong and I didn't feel "on". Which was frustrating because this HOP ANGLERFISH 😍😍😍
Luckily, while I was messing around (and failing) with taking a photo, my poor bored sister made a coaster house and then inspiration struck. There was a whole table behind us watching her take a photo of me drinking behind the coasters haha.
