The girls make my heart burst with love, they are so cute, charismatic and loving... even if Victoriana wants all the attention all the time! I’ve figured out ways to distract her which aren’t hard being that she loves food so that I can have loves with darling little Cici 🥰🐴🐴💕

Happy Tuesday from the @munchkinville crew. May you have a fantastic day/evening 😀
HAPPY GOTCHA DAY FOR HANNAH. 6 years ago I found her eating trash in the road while on my way to work. She was very thin and looked sick. She was COVERED in fleas and ticks. I was worried about parvo. Dropped her by McKamey Animal Center for shots and the once over. When I picked her up later in the day they had named her Hannah on her paperwork (and obviously I liked it) They said she looked ok other than being extremely underweight.
Planned on fostering her 😄😄😄. With help from For the Love of Dogs Rescue, I had Hannah spayed and of course she was pregnant which seems to be a common theme for female strays #spayneutersaveslives . She made up for lost time by eating enough to tip the scales in the opposite direction. She is now a healthy. chunky, happy girl. Hannah is NOT completely in love with all of her sisters and would prefer to be an only child but still knows she is a lucky, spoiled little girl. Happy Gotcha Day Hannah. We love you and we are glad you found us 💜🐾💜🐾💜🐾 #rescuedogsofinstagram#straydogsofinstagram#mckameyanimalcenter#chihuahuasofinstagram#chihuahuamixofinstagram#realdogmomsofchattanooga#dogsofinstagram#dogsofchattanooga#heschatt#chihuahuapack#chewy
Yesterday 7/6/19 I made the decision to add Iggy to our pack. I’m a foster failure....again!!! I’ve now foster failed 5 chihuahuas total😂😂😂. Here is the story of Iggy;
Once Lani passed away there was something missing. Then we started fostering Iggy, who came to @rsq_dogs from a hoarding situation in California. He was living in an RV with over 30 other chihuahuas (yes, thirty). California rescues are constantly packed and have some of the highest euthanasia rates in the US. These chihuahuas, most of whom had not had proper socialization with humans, were all scheduled to be put down. A bunch of rescues, including @rsq_dogs , banded together and took small groups of these chihuahuas in. RSq took 6. One of the chihuahuas died from an upper respiratory infection (indicating their living conditions were definitely unsanitary). Then all the chihuahuas slowly found their way into foster homes so that they could experience what it was really supposed to be like living in a home. (Don’t get me wrong, RV’s are homes too, but not when there’s 30+ chihuahuas living in it). We were only supposed to foster Iggy-to show him how humans were supposed to treat him. It took months of patience, treats, and love, but he warmed up to us. He follows us around the house, and even sleeps on the bed! While he still has a long way to go, Iggy is still cautious, skittish, and a little scared of new things. But he’s happy about life, he loves his new chihuahua family, and I can see that he WANTS to break out of his comfort zones. Each new day brings him more courage to do so. Who would have thought an old 10+ year old chihuahua could be taught to trust humans? I love you Iggy! Welcome to the family! #family#chihuahuapack#chimom#adoptdontshop#adopt#seniorchihuahuas#olddogs#dogs#utah#southernutah#rsqdogs
