Should my #business be on social media? —————————————————————
Great question, and one that I hear often. The answer may surprise you... Long story short, you may not need to be on social media to capture the attention and business of your target audience.
Social media is not the cure-all for company or product #marketing , contrary to what so many will tell you today.
With that said, being on social may be smart for your business even if it isn't necessary. Your answer to these questions will help determine what role social media should play in your marketing plan:
1. Does your target audience use social media? If so, which platforms? --- For example, recent stats would say that if your target audience includes women who are 30-54, you better be on Facebook. ♾
2. Can you deliver a great customer experience online? --- Gaining traction on social media will produce lackluster results if, once the user clicks to your website, they are disappointed with the experience. Maybe you aren't built to deliver an exciting online experience, OR maybe you should be and you need to improve your online experience. You know who does this well? @serengetee .
3. Is there free content you can provide to your audience that would be useful to them? --- Honestly, the answer to this questions is "yes" 9.9 times out of 10, but I wanted to get you thinking about it. Your social media feed can't be all sales messaging, or your audience will ignore your content. —————————————————————

Builders to the stars Graya announced the project on Facebook Friday morning, with Boyd and his wife Kayla “repeat clients” of theirs.
The award-winning building firm, run by brothers Andrew and Rob Gray, named the designer as Joe Adsett Architect. “This courtyard style home will be one of the first of its kind built in Paddington,” the firm stated.

Let's have a quick chat about Client Experiences.
We always suggest taking a step back and looking at your brand from a birds eye view & determining where you can create little personal touches along the way to make the client's experience more memorable. This is especially important when you're first starting out.
We'll use @revelrea for example who launched just last month. The shipping boxes are an insanely beautiful flower pattern mimicking the product which only encourages customers to take pictures and share their excitement that their new hat or visor has arrived (✔). A custom card greets you with a thank you note followed by a CTA to tag @Revelrea in a photo and use their branded hashtags (✔). A branded sticker holds the tissue together only creating more excitement to open it up (✔). A beautiful hat or visor is tucked inside with a tag that depicts the brands mantra (✔). Lastly, a copy of your order that has a personalized handwritten note to you saying just how much your order is appreciated (✔).
On top of that, back when you placed the order you probably signed up for the newsletter and got a beautifully branded welcome message (✔).
So before they even put on the hat, they've had over 6 memorable touches that has led them to have a great client experience and in turn, they're more likely to snap a cute photo and share it with all the friends + followers on social media. Did we mention repeat customer as well? Yep!

Friday was my last day as the PR & Marketing Director at Heritage Automotive. I hate writing that. My time at @heritageautomotive was awesome, and I have learned much more than I could have anticipated. God is telling me it’s time to move on to something bigger and better. Today = last day of extreme hustle before we close the studio for an entire week. Not to get sappy on you guys but I've never been more proud of my team.
