Shirts are in!!! Going into the mail ASAP! Every piece of Spotter Up art represents something deep and powerful! This art represents the cop, the soldier, the mother, the person that fights back against a screwed up world. We don't care if you have scars from the battlefield, child abuse or divorce. Everyone has a story to tell and they can either follow that long line of men and women who state "woe is me" or they can break from the path and find a new track to follow. Spotter Up simply pushes the idea of being your own person, finding solutions to problems, and not being a drag on the world. Learn new things, impart wisdom, build friendships, and learn to not be a slave. There are lots of great sites and communities out there. Well, this one is ours.
Stay hopeful, stay strong, stay cool and be bad ass.
I’m hoping this boulder problem will still be set up at the gym next week because it was so much fun. I jumped on this at the end of the night during the last @ladycrushcrew meet up - I’m still pretty happy at the progress I made considering I had been climbing for a few hours at that point and overhangs aren’t my speciality.

Our bouldering family has grown over the last three years. Now the time has come for our house to grow too! 🏠🏠 BoulderHouse Climbing, in partnership with the City of Langford, is excited to announce our expansion to Langford, set to open summer 2020!
We will be building a new facility from the ground up in City Centre Park, adjacent to the Pacific FC's new stadium. This 6000 sq. ft. gym will include an outdoor climbing area, bringing the indoor climbing back to its outdoor roots!
We couldn't be happier to work with the amazing team of people at the City of Langford. Their commitment to making Langford a national sports capital has inspired us to deliver a great new facility. And with climbing making its debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics this summer, BoulderHouse Climbing is a timely addition to the growing number of olympic sports that already call Langford home.
Did you know that No Man’s Land on August 24th includes a panel discussion of women leaders in Arizona? We’ll be releasing our panelists throughout this week!
We’d like to extend a special welcome to climber, Arizona local, and all around badass, @sierrablaircoyl to our panel.
We’ll be releasing our panelists all of this week! Stay tuned for more sneak peaks!
@lasaladeltiempo#lasaladeltiempo@locosdelgranito#fisiogamamadrid@recauchita#recauchita#boulder#climb#bouldering#climbing#climbingspain#climbing_videos_of_instagram#climbingvideo#climbingworld#escalar
After a hot, tiring, fun and very exciting couple of weeks, my World Championships have finally come to an end. And it’s been a blast 🔥 ~
There’s always room for me to complain about how I could have done better (never satisfied lol 🤷♀️) but right now I can only focus on how happy I am about my overall performance. Probably my best performance ever in all three disciplines. Made my first ever semis in bouldering, finally managed to get sub 10’s in a speed comp (and not training) and was actually satisfied with my lead climbing 💁♀️
It’s been one hell of an experience. I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity to compete here in Japan AND witness @petra_klingler qualify for @tokyo2020 wuuuuuuut 😍🤙
And then back home in a couple of days 💃🏽

Minimum goal accomplished - unfortunately no medal.
After I reached a new personal best in the speed competition I was not lucky in the other two disciplines and finished the #IFSCwc combined final on 8. I definitely wanted more - it wasn’t meant to be.
But I leave Japan with the ticket to return next year for the #Tokyo2020 olympics and will work even harder to reach a podium finish then.
Ad / Our van "bedroom" used to be a little bit too dark for reading & eating in bed (both equally as important). We added a window from @dometic and voila I can do both comfortably without having to turn the lights on👌 #MobileLivingMadeEasy
Being half way up a mountain for the sunrise you know it’s going to become an exciting day 😜 And the morning light is just so 🤩

Overheard at the crag: Asians don't tell their parents they are rock climbers🧗 because their parents would freak the F out if they knew. Asian parents in America have a reputation of being overly protective. As for me, I tell my parents all the time and show them photos upon request. Whenever I show them photos they shake their heads and tell me to be safe. Are my parents more chill than other Asian parents? No, they are just used to my sh*tty shenanigans 😂. Since I was a kid, I stood too close to the cliff side, climbed on everything, crashed my bicycle, had near-misses with cars, and tumbled down the ski slopes. They were always overprotective but I was an ass of a kid and would ignore their concerns.
Anyone else have overprotective parents who are overprotective even though you're an adult now 🤣? Also, I took a shameless top rope on Space Invaders 5.12a @ The Pie Shop. I'm a TOP ROPE TOUGH GAL! Who knows what I'm referencing?
Btw, thanks for all the positive feedback for my Tenaya Peak story! Didn't expect to get so many DMs. I've immortalized it in my Story Highlights. Go check it out if you haven't already. I'll make more in the future 😘. 📷: @Setotoro
