With inverted method, use 15gr coffee on medium grind-size. With ratio of 1:13 between the coffee and the water, put the water on 88°C.
Now put the coffee ground inside the chamber, and then pour 195ml right in the middle for no more than 15 seconds. Let the coffee soaked fo a while, and at the 30th second of water contact, stir the coffee for approximately 10 turns - the stirrer should be positioned in the third-part below the Aeropress surface.
When you reached 1 minute and 10 second of brewing time, you should now invert and press it - but don't forget to put the screw and filter on their place before that, okay?
Now extract the coffee for no more than 45 seconds, and finish it on 1 minute and 55 seconds of total brewing time. Tadaa, delicious Aeropress coffee brewed right is yours!
This method works best with wash-processed coffee.
