OH-kay... here it is, Ladies and Gents! My #tbt . Be gentle, please.
When my friend @jjhines sent me the photo on the left this morning from FOUR YEARS AGO, and started gassing up how amazing my progress has been... I was blown away! 🌬🌬🌬 Sometimes, I think, you don't realize how much progress you've made until you pause and look back. Having my fair share of rocks ☄and bumps in the past, I've made a habit of only looking forward... this showed me that taking a peek back every now and then isn't such a bad thing after all.
Huge shoutout to @jjhines 💜💜💜💜 and ALL my friends that constantly, unwaveringly build each other up!! Thank you for helping me feel proud with my accomplishments, and for always being there no matter how crazy bad things have been! I love you all!
Yes, this is an amazing transformation! The one thing to remember with the Brazilian is, it is not a straightener, it is only a smoother. So you will still get to enjoy your beautiful curls, however, the curls will be more defined, there will be much less frizz, everything will appear smoother and more manageable. A Brazilian blowout is one of the healthiest things that you can do for your hair ♥️❤️. Call today to get scheduled!! 7025778964

🔥 Something about that post workout vibe 💪🏼 - energy is up, confidence is up & you feel good. Make time for yourself to get your choice of workouts in regularly. I’ve found mornings work best as that sets the tone for the day and I’m less likely to miss. The payoff is 💯 #workout#selfcare#confidence#irontribe

All foods CAN fit and you get to decide how.
How can you balance your body's need for nourishment and satisfaction? We will run you through a scenario:
Maybe you ate a donut for breakfast and it didn't last you very long, leaving you hungry and irritable mid-morning. Instead of blaming the donut, being afraid of eating it or vowing never to eat donuts again, you take note of this experience.
So then the next time you want a donut for breakfast, you draw on the wisdom of your past eating experiences and add scrambled eggs, and maybe a banana with PB depending on your level of hunger.
And this time, you fill nourished and satisfied all morning long.
The examples would be endless here but this is the bottom line: think about what you can add, rather than subtract, to help you find that sweet spot between nourishment and satisfaction.
Any experiences to share with us? We'd love to hear your examples!
It’s one thing when I show y’all my results and how far I’ve come BUT when I get to help, inspire and witness other people do it man this feeling is everything 😭✨ .
2 years ago I met this queen on Instagram and immediately made that connection with her and she was ready to get started on her own journey💛 not only was she able to lose weight but gain confidence and seeing her be an amazing mom to her kids !
Seeing her transform and just go for it makes me proud to be her coach and this is why I love to do what I do 💛 .

Self love is super hard. It’s also very important. It took me forever to finally truly love who I am and how far I’ve become. Everyday isn’t easy. It’s not easy waking up at 7 am after falling asleep long after midnight just to go to the gym. Does it suck? Sometimes. Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? Everyday! I’m thankful for who I am & how far I’ve come with learning to love myself. It’s taken a lot to get here but it’s finally real 🙌🏻 I’ve finally found a good balance with work life/gym/bowling. And since I found that balance I’m down about 5 pounds in the last week and a half and I’m feeling better everyday 💫 #gymlife#selflove#confidence#balance#happy#mentahealth#awareness#weightloss

I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened ~ Mark Twain
I want to pick apart today just how pointless and destructive worrying is.
When I tell people that it’s LITERALLY true that worrying is completely pointless, the reactions range from telling me that I’m being unrealistic (remember that word as you read on) or that it’s just normal.
So take a moment to think about ALL of the things that you have ever worried about.
Consider how many of them actually happened?
Of the ones that did happen, how many of them turned out to be as bad as you thought?
Well a study was done on this. And it shows just how unnecessary worrying really is.
Over an extended period of time the subjects in the study were asked to write down their worries and then identify which of their misfortunes happened and didn’t happen.
The answer? 85% DIDN’T happen.
But just as importantly of the 15% that did happen, 79% of subjects responded that they could handle the difficulty better than expected and that the difficulty actually taught them a lesson.
That means that around 97% of what you worry about is nothing more than your fearful mind punishing you with exaggerations and misperceptions.
DON’T let you ego sped you past that last sentence. Slow down and consider what that means for you life.
97% of the time your worrying is pointless, a complete waste of time.
And bluntly I would argue that for the remaining 3% of the time the respondents hadn’t looked hard enough for the benefit or it simply hadn’t appeared yet.
Despite this, nearly everyone spends nearly their whole time worry about something.
The loss of true living, the impact on the quality of life os so many people is staggering. Based on something that is proven to not be true.
Just something for you to think about next time your ego tries to get you to worry......
