🎶 Weekend Coffee- sunrise
I find Mondays quite productive on average. After the weekend, I feel recharged and ready to go, and I often have a good plan for the week laid out. So here’s a little motivation to keep the momentum going for the rest of the week! Put on some red heels, and go the distance, honey! 😎
Huge respect to this man👏Greatness stands in humanity

Rather than seek more and more knowledge, sometimes the best thing to do is to take what we've learned and make sure we're actively applying it to our lives. A reminder from one of our incredible program alum (now staff member) to start off the week! #MotivationMonday

The magic unfolds when you are clear and concerned about what you want.
Even better is when you get out of your own damn way for the thoughts and behaviors that are no longer serving you.
Case in point, I’ve walked by this house countless times but it wasn’t until today that I noticed this hidden gem.
All too often we are distracted or bound by the wrong things- stress, lack of faith, feeding our egos, worrying about tomorrow or what’s outside of our realm of control.
It robs us of the present and all the gifts waiting for us now.
It takes away our power.
It deprives us of our joy and inner peace.
It stifles manifesting now.
Yet, all it takes is one step in the right direction to shift the odds back in our favor.
🔥🏹MESSAGE: The air is thinner in the clouds .. There may be times where you feel like you can’t breathe en route to high elevations, but your body still manages to get all it needs to push on regardless of the shift in environment. On a physiological level, when there is less oxygen in the air, your body actually begins to produce new red blood cells and thins the blood so that it can efficiently carry and produce more oxygen throughout your circulatory system. Your body doesn’t GIVE UP due to the change in pressure or available oxygen in the air, it ADAPTS. So what I’m encouraging you to do in spirit right now is just that, ADAPT. Adapt to change in atmosphere/territory, adapt to a new faith level, adapt in the midst of discomfort, adapt when Gods plans wipe out your own. Adapt when God shifts gears or slams on brakes. Adapt in the season of stripping or pruning, everything and everyone can’t go where God is taking you. Don’t stop climbing, adapt. The air is thinner at the top, yes it may not be comfortable, but if your body has been training to survive and thrive with LESS, can you imagine how much more powerful and equipped you’ll be once your feet touch the ground? Catch that in spirit and push on.. or better yet, “take off” 😏🙏 📖Refer to Reading: Philippians 4:12-13❤️

Do you find yourself backing down in the face of fear? When you are looking an uncomfortable situation right in the face? The next time you are hesitant to take a leap in the direction of your dreams, take a grounding breath and repeat today's #morningmantra to yourself 5 times.
I AM A RISK TAKER
Managing Social Anxiety in social settings ✨ I’ve always, always had minor social anxiety. Even when I’m with people I’ve known for years. Idk why. I get very in my head, which prevents me from actually being myself and enjoying the time I spend with people. Here is my process for managing social anxiety so that I can show up as ME: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Deep grounding breaths.
2. Remind myself that I have nothing to prove. Who I am is good enough, I don’t have to be anything but myself
3. I don’t need anyone to like me, I just have to be me.
4. Post Socializing Reminder: I am who I am, I said what I said, it is what it is. Repeat until you chill the eff out.
5. Continue moving forward into the next moment. #socialanxiety#anxieytips#motivationmonday#jackieoflow#mentalhealthawareness
This is a sample off the top of my head, yet this is how this method will often go. A superficial answer turns into a deep, meaningful, response. Use this on your kids, parents, friends, and for sure your clients.
Stay tuned for my upcoming video that gives a real life example of what really happened in a consultation I had years ago.
by Denise Collier
God made you perfectly,
No mistakes or flaws.
With every curve and dimple,
He loves you like you are.
He made you so uniquely,
Precious in His sight.
When you see imperfection,
God sees the devine.
The way you see your beauty,
It's not how He defines.
It's rather what's inside you,
Where God says this resides.
A wonderful creation,
Crafted by God's hands.
Adored are you in His eyes,
For you belong to Him.
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun. It is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other; nothing is deprived of its warmth. The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous. They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the honeycomb. By them your servant is warned; in keeping them there is great reward. But who can discern their own errors? Forgive my hidden faults. Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then I will be blameless, innocent of great transgression. May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Daily Devotion: Our New Home
The Bible in One Year: Psalms 103–104; 1 Corinthians 2
Today's Bible Reading: Revelation 22:1–5
No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city. Revelation 22:3
As the first immigrant to the US to pass through Ellis Island in 1892, Annie Moore must have felt incredible excitement at the thought of a new home and a fresh start. Millions would pass through there afterward. Just a teenager, Annie had left behind a difficult life in Ireland to start a new one. Carrying only a little bag in her hand, she came with lots of dreams, hopes, and expectations of a land of opportunity.
How much more excitement and awe will God’s children experience when we see “a new heaven and a new earth” (Revelation 21:1). We will enter what the book of Revelation calls “the Holy City, the new Jerusalem” (v. 2). The apostle John describes this amazing place with powerful imagery. There will be “the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb” (22:1). Water represents life and abundance, and its source will be the eternal God Himself. John says that “no longer will there be any curse” (v. 3). The beautiful, pure relationship God intended between Himself and humans will be fully restored.
How incredible to know that God, who loves His children and purchased us with the life of His Son, is preparing such an amazing new home—where He Himself will live with us and be our God (21:3).

Daily Devotion: Spiritually Exhausted?
The Bible in One Year: Psalms 100–102; 1 Corinthians 1
Today's Bible Reading: 1 Kings 19:1–9
An angel touched him and said, “Get up and eat.” 1 Kings 19:5
“Emotionally, we’ve sometimes worked a full day in one hour,” Zack Eswine writes in his book The Imperfect Pastor. Although he was referring specifically to the burdens pastors frequently carry, this is true for any of us. Weighty emotions and responsibilities can leave us physically, mentally, and spiritually exhausted. And all we want to do is sleep.
In 1 Kings 19, the prophet Elijah found himself in a situation where he was depleted in every way. We read that Queen Jezebel threatened to put him to death (vv. 1–2) after she discovered he had the prophets of Baal killed (see 18:16–40). Elijah was so afraid he ran away and prayed he would die (19:3–4).
In his distress, he lay down. An angel touched him twice and told him to “get up and eat” (vv. 5, 7). After the second time, Elijah was strengthened by the food God provided, and he “traveled forty days and forty nights” until he came to a cave (vv. 8–9). There, the Lord appeared to him and recommissioned him (vv. 9–18)—and he was refreshed and able to continue the work God had for him to do.
Sometimes we too need to be encouraged in the Lord. This may come in the form of a talk with another believer, a worship song, or time in prayer and God’s Word.
Feeling exhausted? Give your burdens to God today and be refreshed! He will carry your load.
What area in your life is calling out for encouragement? What form may this come in and how can you seek it out?
Loving God, help me to turn to You when I am worn out. Thank You that in You I find rest.
