I’m taking a 2nd rest day.... I need it!
After driving home 3hrs today, I was DEAD tired and thought “I’ll just take a quick nap and go to the gym later” Well.... my body had other plans😅
I woke up 3 hrs later from a nap that was supposed to last an hour... and my body feels weak & is begging for more sleep. I tried to push myself and even go dressed for the gym.... but then got back in PJs, made some ginger tea, and I’m going to bed for the night at 7pm lol
Sometimes you just need to ask yourself are you skipping the gym to be lazy? Or because your body needs the rest? For me, I really think I need to extra time & rest, especially since I have an OrangeTheory class at 5am tomorrow.
I’ll rest now, and kill it tomorrow✌🏼 In the meantime, enjoy this pic of me lookin’ like a bum with some tea in bed☕️☺️
