@marthyn.drummer Most drummers only found out after watching the first tutorial video how easy it is to learn how to play controlled, tight Double Bass and Blast Beats.
We all have the same goals when it comes to metal drumming. All we want is clean and tight single strokes with our hands and feet, that's it – Period!
Here's what happens all the time: drummers tend to overestimate what they can learn within one exhausting, frustrating practice session at the drum kit but at the same time they radically underestimate how far they can get with just 3 to 4 easy twenty-minute practice sessions (per week) that focus just muscle development and muscle memory.
Our teachers at the Drum-Technique Academy got you covered. Each teacher here ranks among the best of the best in the metal scene, every teacher is playing tours constantly and every teacher is known for their outstanding skills behind the drum-kit.
Our weekly tutorials in the membership zone have the main purpose to teach you all the essentials and basics regarding your hand- and foot-technique. These tutorial videos are the starting point to take your game behind the drum-kit on the next level.
This part is crucial, because every drummer has a different pace when it comes to learning new skills. To ensure that each student is progressing constantly and doesn’t feel left behind between our tutorials, you have the opportunity to immediately ask questions on which we will respond in our weekly Facebook Live Sessions. No matter what skill level you are on, no matter how fast you are learning, we will find a way to make you better. #drumuniversity
