In traditiona chinese culture from which I grew up in, the world is considered to be comprised of many dualities, to balance eachother. These dualities are called the Yin and Yang. It is also similar to the western concept of the feminine and masculine energies.
Well, did you know this also applies to the concept of self-compassion?
The Yin side of self-compassion is aligned with the soothing and comforting side of 'being with' ourselves.
Equally as important is its complementary 'opposite' of Yang self-compassion, which is aligned with the protecting, providing, and motivating part of 'acting in the world'; such as being able to say "no"!.
Together the Yin and Yang attributes provide a holistic and balanced understanding of how we can best balance the two to meet our needs.
In working with my coaching clients, we dive deeper into how you can harness the power of self-compassion and loving kindness in an unique and balanced way that is right for you; in order to conquer your limiting beliefs so you can reclaim your inner serenity and freedom to live life YOUR way.
Anonymity is a blessing in disguise. I personally don't envy any "Stars" out there. No amount of money could make me be ok with being followed by fans, paparazzis, and stalkers day and night. Be grateful if you're a nobody and still happy in your skin.

Well, the way I TEACH VALUES gives you a calculative measure on exactly what you value and gives you a tool to measure against in future decision making.
It gives you something to measure against based on your SUBCONSCIOUS thoughts and actions.
When you know what they REALLY are you have a clearer pathway on what’s important which helps to BREAK DOWN sabotage patterns.
It also helps to to be come MORE ACCEPTING of yourself and others. 🏝 ESOTERICALLY SPEAKING 🧘♀️ Your values align with your third CHAKRA and has a lot to do with our identity on this planet, our WILL POWER and understanding and 100% accepting these values is the GATEWAY to UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

In Kung-Fu, one hand lies and one hand tells the truth. #balance
The still water and reflections of the landscape balance the fine line between order and chaos, yin and yang. #yinyang •
Our civilized, western culture leans heavy on #order and fears chaos. The warrior cultures resides in a state of chaos.
The dividing line between the yin and the yang separate order and chaos. Too much order leads to complacency, boredom and stagnation. Too much chaos leads to agony, destruction and death.
In a culture of order, to find balance, we must seek to understand and accept #chaos •

All this is full. All that is full.
From fullness, fullness comes.
When fullness is taken from fullness,
Fullness still remains.
