Remembering those that have been taken too early from us yesterday with this beautiful heart formation, created by some very impressive pilots and planes @eastbourneairshow.
As a medic, I’ve seen patients tragically die from all warps of life and all ages. It never gets easier. But It’s been my first encounter of fellow young cancer patients tragically dying in these last few weeks, that I have been following on Instagram. Following their stories. Cheering them on from the sidelines. It’s simply heartbreaking. 💔
Could have been in the tropics yday. The sea was iridescent. And we all learnt so much about the various planes and it was a highly impressive show.... But today, that’s a whole different story. The weather... yuck! Glad I’m getting out of here. Despite a looming CT scan, colonoscopy and a 1 year cancerversary, I’m going to do my best to #livemybestlife too xx
LOVED WHAT WE SAW, but came back to London with open arms because we love what awaits us here, too. I used to view holidays as an escape, until I started creating a life I didn’t want to escape from. ✨✌🏽
