A 788 credit score is considered an excellent credit score. If you have a score in this range (FICO score 750 – 850), you’re almost certain to be approved for loans and credit cards. Even better, you’ll be offered the most favorable interest rates and terms on both credit cards and loans. Maintaining credit this high is a good sign that you’re on the right track!!

I don’t like the looks of this!!
-This earnings number is just based off of my one minimum wage job. I’m a student & work part time most of the year. -Spending doesn’t include any savings (including other side gigs & internships I’m able to save 15% of my total after tax income for retirement and 11% for what I call my “adventure fund”) or the last of university tuition (extra income & previous savings covered that).
Spending 98% of my regular income is insane! I know I don’t make much, but thank god my expenses are low! (Only $315 a month for rent)
Unfortunately there’s not much I can do about this until January as I’ll be a full time student again in a week. Ugh I’m frustrated though! Once I graduate I’m going to have to save $5500 a MONTH in order to reach my lofty goal I’ve been joking about of reaching FIRE by age 30 (I’m 21). That’s basically my yearly income now😝 Welp, not loosing hope. It’s still possible with hard work!

Announced during the National Day Rally by the Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, the redevelopment stretching from the Gardens By The Bay to Pasir Panjang will transform the landscape of Singapore.
. “About 9,000 housing units - both public and private - will be built on the site of Keppel Golf Club as part of the future Greater Southern Waterfront, said Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
There will be private and public housing elsewhere too, he added on Sunday (Aug 18), confirming for the first time that the mega waterfront development will have HDB flats.
In sketching out what the Greater Southern Waterfront (GSW) will look like, Mr Lee said the entire area will be double the size of Punggol town.” - The Straits Times, 18 August.
We don’t even have to ask how this would impact the property market in the vicinity. With the development of the GSW (Greater Southern Waterfront), we will see many rushing to buy. How would the increase in demand affect the prices?

Since it’s Sunday and the scam calls start up again on Monday! Here’s something to remember when they are calling telling you that you owe them money, or they suspended your social security number.
If you don’t have it in writing it isn’t real! .
When it comes to collections even. If they say you can pay something off at a set amount make sure you get it in writing so that it isn’t used against you later.
If you take a second look at a house, make it during a different time of day than the first visit. This will help you see if there are lighting and atmosphere changes in the house that you may not have expected.
I’m learning to give myself at least half a day to unwind and give my mind and body a break, even if it’s after a workday. Tonight I’m folding clothes and cleaning everything before taking a long hot shower and curling up in the bed to watch Law and Order SVU. Tomorrow is the start of a new work week.
We know it’s a little early to be talking about the holidays, but we also know how frustrating it can be to get to the first week of December and kick yourself for not having started saving months ago.
So here’s your reminder: It’s time to start saving up for Christmas so you don’t end up blowing your budget — or putting it all on a credit card.
Once you’ve decided how much you want to have saved (and don’t forget things like food, decor and travel costs to see family!), you can use this table to determine exactly how much you should be putting away each week until Christmas.

When you save or invest your money, you're buying yourself more freedom in the future. When you splurge on something using a credit card or loan, you're robbing yourself of that same freedom in the future. What would your future self advise you to do? 💸
It’s not easy going green. Reusable products can be pricy, and when you’re on a budget, disposables often look like the more money-conscious option in the moment.
But here’s the thing: Ditching the disposables and investing in reusable products can save you money in the long run — and help cut down on waste. That’s a win for the wallet AND a win for the Earth. 😊🌍
