You can spend weeks exploring interesting places in nz with your hiking boots on. One of the most beautiful is Mount Cook. Named after the famous explorer it stands 3724m tall, tall enough to be seen from afar.
This amazing shot of it was taken by @the_wanderer_photographer
What a weekend! Bucket list item totally ticked off! I wasn’t sure if we’d get to float with the whales because it wasn’t guaranteed (due to their mood and them being somewhat protected) but as it turned out we had what Dive Hervey Bay said as the second best day on the water this season! Incredible. I had hoped to put my open water scuba license to use but on further research I found the whales don’t like the oxygen tanks so much. So I booked a ‘swim with the whales’ day out of about 6 hours and that well and truly gave me the experience I had always longed for. These majestic beasts are so curious and playful. It took 3 locations to find some whales that were ‘logging’ meaning they weren’t doing backflips and tail whips haha (‘cause that cray stuff can kill a human). They swam around us and under us and peaked at us for at least 2 hours. They were so interested in what we were. You can see in the first video exactly how close they got. That was the tip of their head, don’t be fooled these guys are huge. The females are usually the biggest and grow on average 18-20 m long and 42 tonnes. Of course there are many that are larger but this is the average for a humpback whale. There is a dive company that does it in Mooloolaba but we chose Hervey Bay for the scenery, the length of time out there in the ocean and the smaller group option. Of course Hervey Bay is also well know for being a whale hotspot. I 💯 recommend. If you are worried about it annoying the whales, don’t be. They are as curious of us as we are of them and there are provisions in place to not disturb them. For example, they come to us and not the other way around. Just how it should be!
Pearls, jade and sea shells 🐚🥝✨ some combinations are just so divine together. I would love to know if there are any particular colours or stones you would like to see, and you can always get in touch for custom orders if there’s something special you are looking for! ✨〰️ #byazalbespoke
Don’t you remember? All those bad days we’ve been through before with anxieties all around. Don’t you remember how gracefully we have survived them. How we were challenged by life a million times that we thought our dreams will never come true but we always come up with a way to defy those challenges. We may have cried sometimes, but what I remember is that we have tried. That’s what we should always do from now on my friend, just never give up on our dreams! ❤

Hello, Bangladesh. 🇧🇩
As we landed in Dhaka, we were instantly greeted with dense humid air, powerful sacred chants, boisterous car horns, and thousands of rickshaws mere centimetres from colliding into one another. Hundreds of wandering cows, goats, kittens, and other livestock aimlessly roam the streets.
I am with @ConcernWorldwideUS, an international humanitarian organisation that operates in 25 countries around the world, dedicated to reducing suffering and eliminating extreme poverty in the world's poorest, most distraught countries. Concern has been responding to all major disasters in Bangladesh for 50 years to transform lives and help people realise their fundamental human rights—food, healthcare, education—and ultimately, a life of dignity.
Concern believes in a world where: no human lives in poverty, fear, or oppression; all have access to a decent standard of living and the opportunities or choices essential to a long, healthy and creative life; everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
We visited a number of sites undergoing Concern projects. This trip poses a challenging endeavour, both mentally and emotionally, as I engaged on the field with women and children in the slums, squatter settlements, and refugee camps. It has been a complex process between digesting what I have seen, capturing fleeting moments, and composing my thoughts. I hope you follow along as I slowly unravel my journey through Bangladesh on this important mission.
Hey sweather weather, you are not missed!

The face of a girl getting back to the groove of thangs! Posted a new YouTube video and shared updates on a pretty hard decision I made - quitting my first job with no plan. Lesson of the day: Intuition is amazing cause everything works out eventually. ✨ #Linkinbio
