Anyone else like to wait until the last possible minute to pack then literally throw things together and hope for the best?
Well in case you were wondering, it takes right at 60 minutes to last minute pack- and that includes getting distracted about 3 times and stopping to snack 2!
Here’s some thoughts that I, yes, stopped to write down, (see distraction above), whilst I was packing:
By working on my health, I have grown to truly enjoy my body. When you enjoy your body, you feel confident in anything you put on and you don’t have to try on 10000 things! #timesaver !
By working on my health, I have the energy to work on my fitness. Fitness, for me, is stress relief, fun, social, relaxing, exciting, and a massive part of my identity. When I feel good, and I’m not worried about my “digestion”, I can enjoy yoga. When my energy is high, I can do CF and HiiT workouts! When I feel good, I can participate in as many athletic endeavors as my little heart desires!
By working on my fitness, my confidence is elevated. When I’m confident my and I feel good, it inspires me to stay consistent to what’s working!! Funny how something as “little” as packing can make me truly appreciate the daily discipline of finding the balance between fun, joy, and health, in a nutritional sense.

Pourquoi "2" car les jambes sont de gros muscles et pour pouvoir les matraquer c'est ce que je leurs réserve chaque semaine !

9 mile meditation this morning.
running for me is the most mentally challenging thing. That's why it's my focus right now. Because I know every single run is going make me stronger & better.
I'm in my head constantly & one mile I'm in my groove, the next 3 feel off and it's like your body is testing your mind to keep going and keep pushing.
It's the feeling after that is like no other. That's principle across all things fitness. It sucks during your workout, your body is telling you to quit, but after it rewards you mentally & physically.
It's that inner belief system that NO ONE ELSE can forge within you, but when you experience it yourself, you just want more
& You'll do whatever it takes to get more.
So go fucking push yourself today, harder than you ever have and set the highest standards for yourself.
Don't make excuses
