We’re all a little broken...
But sometimes I think things need to break..So we can put them back together...And then they become slightly readjusted..there not just quite the same as they were before!!.. I used to come to this beach every year as a little girl..And
We used to have the best time.. I have so many happy memories from this place.. And I’ve been back many times as an adult..But in those times I wasn’t in a happy place.. I was In a dark and lonely place..And as much as I thought coming here would make me happy!..It never did... The place hadn’t changed one bit..The smells were still the same..The people were still the same..Everything that was there when I was a little girl was exactly the same.. But the big difference?..I wasn’t the same!.. It was like I was trying to complete a jigsaw puzzle..That if I got it all together everything would feel the way it used to..But there was that last piece missing..That piece that would make it work, make it whole.. That piece??.. Was me!.. I truly believe that you can have all the riches in the world..Live in the most beautiful home in the most beautiful part of this universe.. But if you aren’t happy on the inside...Then you will still be miserable... As I played on the beach with Tommy yesterday..It felt just as it did when I came all them years ago with my Mum and Dad..When I was that happy little girl .. My point being??.. Things..Places..People... They will not bring you inner peace..They will not fulfil your happiness unless you are truly happy with YOURSELF... So yes..Things break..But you can fix them..And when you put them back together?... They become something more beautiful than they were to start off with 💕💕💕.

It’s important to understand that this fitness journey is a lifestyle and not a diet. I try to make healthier decisions in all aspects of my life and not just what I eat.
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞!
I get asked how all the time how I stay consistent? To be honest, it’s hard! I’m not perfect I fall off and have periods of low motivation. There’s always a point where I’m so close to my goal and I crack because that cookie looked so good. I end in binging the rest of the day because I think fck it! I already messed up might as well finish strong! I still struggle with this but I don’t beat myself up about it. Just remember the next meal and for the rest of the day make better decisions.
It’s hard to reframe from the foods you genuinely love so create a balance. If you go too long without them you’ll hit a breaking point and all hell will break loose. Like me and those cookies 🍪 If you partake in treats and sweets in moderation, you’ll be okay. Even finding healthier versions of your favorite “junk foods” that taste great will curve your cravings and still keep you aligned with your goals.
Whatever your fitness goal is as long as you have a healthy mindset and remember that this is a 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞. It’s a day to day thing. You want to try and incorporate as much healthy choices as possible.
My Fitness, Health and Wellness
I use Coffee Enemas, Colonics and Enemas (more than 20 years) for Detoxing, Fitness, Health, Wellness, Diseases, Illnesses, Pain Management, Weight Management.
-I eat clean healthy foods.
-I eat high fiber foods in addition to taking psyllium husks and flaxseed.
-I exercise daily.

Was originally going to post the first photo alone but why? It’s not being real? The weekend Sam looks like the right because of the carbs.
Yeah, left me if more attractive. Skinny waist. Chest looks nice, my lats looking huge as well.... but that’s not real. I binged on Arby’s all weekend hence why I look like the right but am I sorry? No. I’m not because those curly fries fricken smacked. I don’t always eat clean and sometimes I am too lazy for the gym. I’m human and I’m not perfect.
A lot of us need to realize that social media is a platform that most of us use to fool each other into thinking we look the best or have the happiest life. Stop comparing yourself to these people because half of them don’t look like the pictures they post 🤷🏽♀️ Hope everyone has an amazing start to their week!
