Life update follows.
So, to let you guys know what's going on! For the last 2 weeks I've been on vacations with a beautiful beautiful girl. (The food during vacays was pretty freaking amazing, as you saw from the stories!) This is the reason I wasn't posting. As of today. I am posting this benching, though I do not know when I will post next.
I returned to Italy to study for an exam, so it depends on how the studying goes. Let's hope it goes well so as I can be posting!
For sure, I can tell, these two weeks I wasn't posting, I missed it and it was going through my head on a daily basis. I fuckin love the process man. I just love it.
Anyways, cutting straight to the chase. As of this video. I've got 2 things to mention.
1) Speed on the descent should increase a bit.
2) I shouldn't be loosing that much time after unracking the bar and before initiating the lift.

I didn't care what I ate while I was away. I walked an hour with Jack every day as I do most days now anyway while the weather is good! There was no gym. It was about family time. There was Copious amounts of food and I enjoyed everything!
My fitness is for health and not aesthetic reasons now! I like to enjoy the training I choose to do. I like to feel fit healthy and energised. And it's funny when the focus is not on the need to change how you look often a by product of the mindset of training for health can be changing body composition.
Happy to be back in my happy place all the same.

I hear many excuses why people skip exercise. They're too tired to train; no time to exercise; no nearby gym; weight room is closed or overcrowded; inaccessible machines; inadequate training space; the equipment is old or unclean—I could go on and on.
So here you go a fast, easy to do circuit;
Jogging 1 min
20 mountain climbing
10 walking lunges
Rest 3 min
Repeat 5-8 rounds #CircuitTraining
Quick little bicep sesh after today’s chesticles workout 💪🏽 I could hardly lift my arms afterwards, let alone drive home 😅 I’ve honestly always loved the feeling of pushing myself well beyond failure. It lets me test out new waters and also helps to show me I’m progressively improving as I go, as should we all. Progressive overload is always key in building muscle as your body adapts to heavier weight, more reps, etc. You can’t lift the same weight every day and except to grow, your body will get used to it extremely fast and rather than getting stronger or bigger you’ll be staying about the same. Push yourself; get that last rep or set in, no matter how hard it may be or how much you struggle, it’ll be worth it in the long run.
Weight lifting doesn’t make you bulky, cupcakes do! Heavy weights at low reps break down muscle fibers and the body builds muscle to repair them. As a result, metabolism increases and you continue to burn calories after your workout. DM us or visit our website to come train with us. #womenwholift

Happy Weekend euch ☀️.
Ich sitze gerade schon am Flughafen in Berlin und warte aufs Boarding. Da habe ich mir extra einen Flug später gebucht, weil ich ja aktuell morgens nicht so gut aus dem Bett komme und tadaaaaa vor 7 Uhr die Augen auf 🙄, nicht wirklich wach, aber schlafen war vorbei 🙈.
Mal gucken was ich heute noch machen werden, das entscheide ich ganz intuitiv. Morgen bin ich dann schon auf dem nächsten Event 🥳. Nächste Woche werde ich mir dann mehr Tage Ruhe einplanen 😎😬. Jetzt wünsche ich euch erstmal einen tollen Start in ein grandioses Wochenende 🤩. Wer sportelt heute für mich mit 🤓??
