Why do I choose Entrepreneurship?
Well, I learned that the things I want most in life: time freedom, no capped income, being paid my worth, living my life on my terms and my schedule, are not something that my 9-5 will ever afford me.
Why the Wellness Industry?
It's simple. I struggled my entire adult life with weightloss- I knew nothing, I lost ,I gained , I yoyo'd and finally found something I could stick with, something I would not bounce back and forth with- something that helped me make this journey simple,fun and magical. My solution was Herbalife.
Herbalife found me, and instilled in me leadership and compassion to help others, to share this amazing nutrition ,so that others don't have to struggle for years like I did!
I had no choice but to Boss up and Create my Own lane as a wellness entrepreneur. Sharing my amazing nutrition, positive lifestyle and Business Opportunity.

I used to read quotes and sayings that would tell me to BE YOU & BE YOURSELF. I’m like K sounds good. But like, who am I? I don’t feel that fabulous so why should I be me? How can I be me if I don’t totally know what that means?
First things first, have a chat with yourself. I like to do this upon waking in the morning. Some examples of what I ask myself:
1. How do I feel?
2. Why do I feel this way?
3. How can I feel even better?
4. What do I want out of today?
5. Do I need to set new goals?
6. Am I aligned with my goals?
7. How can I be better than yesterday?
8. How can I make a difference in one persons day today?
9. What can I do to make myself proud when I wake up tomorrow?
10. What needs to change?
I can actually make this list go on forever. The point is: you must show up for yourself in order to show up for the rest of us. Sometimes your reasoning needs to be bigger than you. It’s not selfish to take time and care for yourself. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. If you are connected with who you are, your story, your vulnerabilities, you can seriously inspire someone else. Maybe without even realizing it. Whoa! This was a big lightbulb moment for me.
BEFORE I was concerned about how I can possibly get through the day. How can I possibly be happy when I need to work all day? Blah. Ugh. Blah. It felt grey everyday.
ALAS! It’s bigger than that. Worrying about judgements and holding back only does the world a disservice. When you allow yourself to connect with yourself so deeply, you can truly find your passion(s). And when you do, please share those passions. The feeling that you have about what you love to do are no mistakes. They are given to you to share the love! When you hide or are scared of truly finding and being you, not only will you feel unhappy, unfulfilled and unsatisfied, but the world is missing a crucial piece.
This world needs you! You are a puzzle piece that matters! Next time you “don’t wanna,” step outside of yourself. Inspire those who may be be watching. You’re making an impact every day. What kind of impact do you want to be making? Hopefully a real good one! 🙏🏻😊
