Thank you for coming all the way from Sacramento! 💕 This client wanted to focus on shape, so we built a beautiful arched brow while building density and correcting the hi-lo. ✨

Here are five strategies to take back your power and reduce the detrimental impact negative people have in your life: 𝐓𝐚𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 👇🏼
⭐️1. Guard Your Time
Don’t allow negative people to steal your time and energy. Take back your power by limiting the amount of time you spend talking about, thinking about, and worrying about unpleasant people.
⭐️2. Choose Your Attitude
Make a conscious effort to choose your attitude. Create a mantra, such as, “I’m going to stay positive today despite the people around me,” and repeat it often to help you stay on track.
⭐️3. Refocus Your Thoughts
Negative people often influence what we think about.
Pay attention to how your thoughts change when you’re faced with negative people. The more time you spend dreading, fretting, worrying, and rehashing, the less time you’ll have to devote to more productive things. Make a conscious effort to reduce the amount of mental energy you expend on negative people.
⭐️4. Choose to Behave Productively
Commit to controlling your emotional reactivity and staying true to your values, despite your circumstances.
⭐️5. Seek Out Positive People
Seek out positive people to keep you balanced. Just like negative people can rub off on you, a positive person can brighten your spirit.
Decide that you’re not going to allow negative people to determine how you think, feel, and behave. Take back your power and focus your time and energy on becoming your best self.

To stay on track you often need to identify + honor your accountability partner!🚀 Do you know who yours is? ⬇️
Did you list a friend? Family member? Or some one you look up to? Those are good people but the wrong accountability partner!🙅🏻♀️
💖The best person for the job is YOUR FUTURE SELF.
🦋Create a list of the person you want to be in the future!
💕How do you view yourself? How have you grown?
🌸What goals have you accomplished?
🦄 What is your dream life?!
THEN show up every day, put in the work, be consistent!
Today I could have crawled into bed because it’s Sunday & working on my goals is scary BUT I thought of my accountability partner & imaged her shaking her head. SO I got to workk! 🌻
DON’T disappoint the future youuu!✨

Determination is what sets you apart from the rest! Decided what your going to master and don’t stop until you have 👑
Good morning Wednesday,
This morning I was taking a moment to reminisce on all these years that have passed and quickly flying by. .
I can't believe I started my first job at 14 years old at Tim Hortons. I loved it. I built my first customer service skills, worked with some amazing people and learned so much responsibility. I worked over nights. Yes I had overnight shifts at 14 years old at Tim Hortons. I ask myself now if that was even legal, but this is 17 years ago now so who knows.
I always loved having conversations and interacting with so many different people and I guess that led me to continuously be in a job that had me work and help where I can. .
Now here I am at 31 years old, being a mom and also working a fulltime job at Allstate. Yes my day time job is an insurance advisor, and this place has opened up my path to the many possibilities. It has given me the opportunity to build Tea-rapeutic while supporting my journey. I am consistently building new relationships and forever growing my knowledge, having both worlds intertwine.
I now have conversations with clients about setting up their home insurance while also chatting about teas. Whatever your grind mode is, do your thing. But just find it and do your thing and somehow it will intertwine with your entire life. Before you know it all these years could be passing by and you wonder if you had started something so long ago what could have happened. One day at a time you can build an empire. Even if it's your children who continue the pursuit for you. .
Here's to a Happy Hump Day. Take your mental break today. Take your 10 minutes of tea time as needed to recharge and reconquer.
Follow @tearapeutic for mindful tips, teas & herbal remedies
Class starts back Thursday! Honestly pretty pumped to go back. The break has been nice, but I miss having a routine.
I’ve also found my niche in a local college ministry thanks to my roommate Emily. I have a feeling this semester will be one of the best ones yet.

I’ve come down with a bit of a cold the last couple of days, it’s taking me so much longer to recover because I’ve just been on the go all the time with no time to rest.
It’s been so good to get away and spend sometime with family but we are going back home today and self care is on the top of my priority list when I get back.
