“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light”
Trying to remain positive at all times can be draining and also counter productive. We cannot selectively suppress our emotions, if we feel sad or low embrace it, the same as you would if you felt happy or excited. If we try to suppress our sad or low emotions then we risk numbing our happy ones too. When we do feel low we should try to tap into that emotion and discover what it means, rather than try to “snap out of it.” It is perfectly acceptable to have a sad day, just don’t get too comfortable in that place, let it all out. Get ready to face a new day because you are more courageous than you know ✨
What an amazing facade! I have seriously never seen so much colour outside a shop. This gorgeous store was closed when I went here but I will surely visit again soon.
Have a very happy and colourful Friday everyone!

Mexico's built some of the world’s great archaeological monuments. Popular culture is just as vibrant, from the underground dance clubs and street art of Mexico City to the wonderful handicrafts of the population. At the heart of your Mexican experience will be the Mexican people.

This video by award-winning outdoor writer and photographer Aaron Teasdale shows a 22-year-old grizzly who’d been getting into chicken coops being released by wildlife biologists into a remote area of northern Montana. He explodes from the trap and goes straight for Teasdale’s camera, which he nearly takes with him. Amazingly, the camera still works, even if it’s now scarred by grizzly teeth marks. 🐻🎥 ⠀
#ad | Can't believe there's only one month left of summer, kind of feel like it just started 😅 the only thing we can do now is to go out and enjoy it while it's still here.
Went to Lake Balboa Park with @sendowling recently and took some of @7eleven's Sip & Snacks with us 😋 my favorites are the @spindriftfresh Sparkling Water (I've tired their Grapefruit & Lemon flavors so far and like the Grapefruit flavor the most) and @eatbiltong' air dried beef.
I was eating the dried beef while Sen was changing setting on the camera 😆 he snapped a shot (last image) then told me to eat after the photos 😕 #7eleven#loveyouback#withlove
