Today we declared the birth of our boys at the US Embassy and after a lot of paperwork, proof of citizenship and questions -- our sons are dual citizens of Canada and the USA! I am so proud that I get to share the roots of the country I love and grew up in with the country my husband loves and grew up in.

This was my 1st. From what I gather, it’s the same as flat iron ? I’m not sure, but this one was a large thin piece, so carne asada was the first thing that came to mind. Loved it ! Super beefy tender when cut thin cross-grain and perfect for a little taco feast.
