Я в спорте с детства, дети меня любят, честно !
Везде присылали отказы и я уже подумала: "может убрать все мои титулы(Вице-чемпионка Мира по фитнесу, Чемпионка России, Чемпионка Евразии по жиму лёжа, КМС по спортивной гимнастике) кровно заработанные потом и травмами.". Кстати я получила еще одно открытие для себя!
Чтобы быть физруком надо сдать ЕГЭ 😂
Собеседование на должность инструктора тренажерного зала меня повеселило ещё больше: центр Москвы, офисное здание, в кабинете сидит приятный мужчина, хорошего телосложения и рядом банкомат. 😉😂
После опроса и знакомства со мной, перечисления моих титулов, заслуг и опыта... получаю лист формата А4 с вопросами, которые задают не очень осведомленные клиенты.
Такие не нужны!
Нужны те, кто получил сертификат о прохождении двухнедельных курсов. Сертификат, ими же напечатанный 🤣 и у них же полученный.

Too many martial arts in a row these few days starting to miss lifting sth heavy😁🏋🏻♀️A bit different of training this morning starting with 7am bjj🖤sometimes learning new things is a bit intimidating especially in a new environment, but guess this’s how we learn and grow leaving the comfort zone, always gotta make life fun & interesting😊🙌🏻
I lied and said I was busy. But I was busy, just not in the way most people understand.

Sometimes a little bit of space and time away can open up new ideas, possibility and chapters. So next time your feeling a bit stuck make sure your taking the breathing space and time away from your normal routine to just re group!
When i used to watch people climbing ropes without using their leg then i was like wow!! What strength in the hand and shoulder. I should also do that. With all practice,now completely i trust my hands and shoulders now 😁 #ropeclimb#leglessropeclimbs#exercisemotivation
Around this time 2 months ago I was getting prepared to fly over to Germany and visit my fam. 😶
I know everyone says this everyyyy single year, but honestly this year has gone so scaringly fast (is scaringly even a word, idk).
Tbh, I’m kinda very critical of myself (as most of us are) and looking back on the year so far, I don’t really feel like I’ve achieved much.. it’s SO easy to get into that mindset of ‘I could’ve done more’, and just being generally unsatisfied with how you’re doing life right now. Especially when you’re constantly seeing people doing/achieving great things on social media. 🤷🏻♀️
But when I made a conscious effort to look at the POSITIVE things, instead of all the things I haven’t achieved yet, it made me realise that, yes I COULD have done more, but I have still achieved a lot...
This year, among other great things, I’ve completed more than half of my Law degree 👩🏽⚖️ (although there has been many many MANY tears/times when I’ve thought I couldn’t do it), worked at the Sydney Fitness Expo, travelled 30 hours completely by myself on a plane to another continent and back (anyone who knows me personally knows that I get very anxious when it comes to public transport haha), visited my mum and lil sisters for the first time in 2 years, had some CRAZY opportunities come my way, worked hard af in the gym and best of all, met some BOMB ASSSS people, made some new friends and just have some really amazing people in my life! 💝
I think it’s good to be critical of yourself, because it makes you want to push further and be better, but it’s just as important to recognise the things that you have managed to achieve, no matter how big or small they seem to other people. 😌

Late night post on the east coast. Nothing extravagant, sexy, cute, innovative. But today, for the first time maybe ever, I went to the gym with zero makeup on and it felt incredible. I feel incredible. That’s huge for me at least, I’m sure for many people that’s something big as well. We all have insecurities. Ive been so happy lately that my confidence in myself and my life has boosted. I don’t care what others think of me. I’m just happy. I took a decent amount of time off at the gym for several reasons, for that I know my body isn’t at its best. But I’m back on track with the gym and cleaning up my meals and it’s really exciting. So anyways here’s me with sweaty hair and a beat red face ☺️🥵. .
