Magnetic Field usually Generated from common household kitchen appliances at various distances. (Data taken from EMF Mitigation book by Bruce Fife, Health Hazard of Electromagnetic Radiation)
Appliances should be kept at the maximum distance possible so as to keep the Magnetic Radiation minimum. If possible, use them when u r away from the machines, e.g. Dishwasher /Washing Machines, etc... switvh it on n keep away from it while the machine is doing it's work.
Secondly, keep the appliances OFF from power source when not in use.

Have you ever gone to the gym and sat in the parking lot for way to long, because you just can’t find the motivation to open the car door and walk inside? Me too. .
or have you ever walked in through the doors and scanned your membership card and walked right back out? Me too.
Whatever the situation, if you didn’t go in and sweat - I want you to know this isn’t failure, it’s being human.
For some reason people have this assumption that I am an energetic rockstar every day.. sorry to disappoint- but, I’m not.
I definitely have days where I lack motivation. Where my legs feel like 1000lbs and I just want to cuddle up on my couch with ice cream, and so I listen to my body, and do just that. .
But seriously, you aren’t failing if you skip a workout.
Don’t be so hard on yourself.
You are doing amazing.
You are trying- that is more than most can say.
One skipped workout won’t reverse all of your hard work.
And, if you are like me - that next workout was an insane one and you just needed the extra day of rest.
The people you see on Instagram, myself included, live a story in between each of their highlight squares, and those stories include struggles and hard days too. 🙏❤️

✨GOLDEN HOUR ✨ If you haven’t already tried adding turmeric to your yoghurt then I seriously suggest trying it! Anti-inflammatory and a massive antioxidant it’s full of powerful goodness. I’m pretty sure I go through a bottle a week!
Topped it with nutty granola and frozen raspberries.
Golden yogurt recipe:
1/2 cup of yogurt (can be coconut yogurt for a dairy free version)
1 teaspoon turmeric
Juice of half a lemon
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A little grated ginger 😋 #turmeric#beautybowl#superfood#healthyliving#healthyliving#nutrition#healthyrecipes#yogagirl#holistichealing

"This is how my outer world reflects my inner world."
"Your external circumstances are a reflection of your internal state."
These are all statements that have deeply resonated with me and helped me shift out of the victim mentality.
This morning though, I realized something...
Every time I asked myself that prompt, I would immediately go to the negative.
I would pinpoint what was going on in my life that I didn't like and then begin digging within for what I was still holding on to.
It was as if my mind couldn't comprehend that the positive things in my life were ALSO a reflection of what was going on within me.
I've been much friendlier to myself... and I can see that in the amazing group of friends I have.
I've been much more open-minded about what success looks like... and that I can see in the opportunities that have been presented to me.
I'd love to know, how is your outer world reflecting your inner state of being in a positive, loving way?
My only constant:
Drinking lemon water with grated ginger as soon as I wake up🍋
Doing so, aids my digestive tract to start moving while preventing the buildup of toxins in the body. Decreasing any potential bloating, discomfort, stomach pain, or nausea.
This combination has the ability of boosting the immune system, alkalizing the body, improving cognitive function, and increasing the metabolism, due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Make it YOUR constant, Live SoFit✨

I don't normally post much in the way of real live human feelings. But there's a first time for everything, right internet?
This isn't something I talk about. But I figure so many people I know have shared my story, it's about time to do it myself. Five years ago today I had emergency surgery to remove a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. It was awful, physically and emotionally. But that's not what this is about. What was really awful about the experience was the medical care I received leading up to the surgery.
Within days of seeing two lines on the pregnancy test, I was in the emergency room with intense shooting pains. This is where it gets tricky. One would think that a pregnant woman experiencing this level of pain would be cause for alarm, right? WRONG. Without so much as examining or placing hands on me, I was given a diagnosis from a doctor of routine pregnancy pain. I was told it was only going to get worse. Then I was sent on my merry way. Still in pain. And feeling a little stupid because of how condescending the doctor had been.
Cut to a few hours later. My levels of pain were making me sick and causing me to question being able to stick with this pregnancy. I was instructed by a nurse at my doctor's office to go to a different emergency room immediately. And shock of all shocks, when the doctors actually did an ultrasound and labwork I received a correct diagnosis! They discovered that I was bleeding internally from my ectopic pregnancy. I had the surgery. I recovered. And I paid a big ass bill from the original emergency room that misdiagnosed me.
So the point of my story is this:
➡️Trust yourself and listen to your body.
➡️Get the second opinion if you think you need it. ➡️Advocate 👏 for 👏 your👏 damn👏 self when you don't feel like you're being heard.
I could have died because I didn't speak up when a doctor dismissed me. Pain concerns from women in an emergency room are often looked at as exaggerated. AND it can take longer for them to receive treatment than men. So speak up. Because seriously...this is horseshit.

👉🏽Jak to u Was jest z mięsem❓
Jecie, nie jecie? ☺️😋🍽
Luz! Mam parmezan i mozzarellę!

What an absolutely amazing collection of houseplants. The owner of this kitchen and collection certainly has house plant knowledge and green fingers. Think I need some caring tips from @fresh.lavender.style .
Good morning! After getting my morning run in again this morning, I was craving a yogurt bowl loaded with all the fresh fruit and granola! It’s a great way to get in some protein, fats and carbs to fuel my body after working out. And the only yogurt I buy is @siggisdairy because it’s lower in sugar and made with simple ingredients, like yogurt is supposed to be! Happy Tuesday friends 😊
Breakfast: @siggisdairy vanilla cinnamon yogurt topped with sliced strawberries, blueberries, @kitchfix grain free granola and a dash of @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon!

When in France 🥐. You may (or may not) have seen on my stories that my brother and I off for a few days, riding together on a tandem in the north of France. Our family is bicycle mad and used to spend a lot of time in France, so we thought why not reminisce on two wheels? 🚴♂️🚴♀️ Our trip started with an overnight ferry that landed at 5am. Then, truly embracing the French way, we sat and waited in the local town for the bakeries to open. It was an early start and a long wait, but the pastries 100% made it worth it! I went for a pain au chocolat and a pain au raisin - accompanied by a couple of yoghurts and a juicy nectarine from the local supermarket, and a strong coffee, they made the perfect pre-ride brekkie ☺️. Learning to go with the flow isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely a part of the fun of travelling. Whilst pastries might not be my typical breakfast, they make a damn good one every now and then, especially when they’re warm and fresh out of the oven! 😍 Remember, life is for living ✨ #mylifeisforliving
