We went ballooning over Hong Kong in the middle of a firework show! Ok, so not really, but we sure had fun taking these photos! 🤗🤷♀️🤣
These were taken inside The Peak shopping centre.... I will admit Tess and I got intrigued by the free photo walls (swipe to see our pics) while Tracy and mum thought it all sounded a bit dodge! So they went for coffee while Tess and I had some fun taking photos of each other!
This photo, however, was a professional one they set up and took.... we weren’t going to buy any photos but once I saw it I just couldn’t help myself! Which of course is the whole idea!
So perhaps yes, I kinda got scammed (the photo cost $40!!! 😬😲 I limited myself to one!) but do I love it? YES! I’m so glad we have it!! Silly and fake as it is, Tess and I had a lot of fun in the crazy maze of photos, and we got to fly through fireworks, drive a Hong Kong tram, climb a steam bun tower, cart each other in a rickshaw (Tess dropped me!) and we laughed so much because it was so silly and so fun... this will always be a very happy memory for me!

Hong Kong: At least the protests are out of this world
I am 0-3 nationality wise right now.
I have been having a lot of conversations about the current state of Hong Kong as of late. It’s really hard to take when China is strong arming their way in before 2047. Feels a bit like Tiananmen Square, especially for those of our families that fled China with nothing to escape the People’s Revolution. That is why you have over 2 million people protesting in Hong Kong. That is how you get things done and the entire world watching. Take notes.
