The struggle was so real today! I woke up normal time to walk Callie ❤️🐶 and then passed back out till noon 😝😴. 2 weeks of travel definitely made me exhausted!
When I woke up this morning feeling so lean, it made me smile. 2 weeks of going out to eat, booze, less sleep yet still felt great this morning. How!?! I had one of these everyday I was away.
When it comes to food, it’s all about the choices we make. I heard people say on this trip “I start Monday so I can have whatever I want while still away”. I used to say that too. Now I know if I want to come back from a trip feeling great, I can’t say things like that anymore. I picked veggies for my sides over heavier stuff like fries, potatoes, etc. I drank a ton of water. I picked better snacks like fruit over chips. Getting this superfoods shake in daily helped in other ways besides giving me the nutrients I needed. It also kept my immune system strong so I didn’t come home sick.
Cheers to getting back on track with my routine now that my trips are done! Anyone else struggling today??? Start your day with something good for your body 😊❤️.

Museu da Amazônia um lugar com parada obrigatória😍
My favorite place in Paris (well aside from a bakery). After my confession of a childhood love affair with France, figured I’d follow it up with a picture from my favorite spot in Paris: The Rodin museum.
Half indoors with the collection inside a gorgeous old mansion, and half outside with sculpture and flower gardens, this museum is wonderful to visit at all times if the year.
When I moved to Paris for work, a friend told me that this museum was his favorite in the city. I wondered how could it compete with the Louvre or the Musée d’Orsay. Truth was, it does not. The Rodin museums is much smaller and even though there is often a crowd, it is much more intimate.
Like my friend, I fell in love with this museum and spent many hours there taking in the sculptures and gardens. Do you have a favorite museum anywhere in the world? #theressomuchtosee
This is a throwback to 10 years ago when I last visited Queenstown NZ! Going back tomorrow for a relaxing 10-day break. It's the first time I've taken this much time away since starting my business and am so looking forward to it! #selfcare#throwbacktuesday
🌟 Top 5 "Below the Radar" Places to Visit 🌟Taormina, Sicily
This clifftop city will blow you away. Tropical palm trees festoon open squares with views that are just as wide, and slate-lined streets give way to checkered tile ones. An aerial tramway just outside the Old Town treats you to views as you head down to the Ionian Sea and a pebbled shoreline if you seek sun and sand.
One of the most celebrated ruins in the island of Sicily, this Grecian-designed, Roman-era theater is the second-largest of its kind and is in such fantastic condition that it's still frequently used for operatic and theatrical performances, as well as for modern concerts. The panoramic views of smoking Mt. Etna and the curving bay are jaw-dropping and will earn my applause.
A sunset shot of the most famous tree in New Zealand!
We just spent 5 epic days in Wanaka, our favourite little town on the South Island. We hit up the ski resorts for some cheeky snowboarding, hung out with old friends, checked out the pub scene and Jarryd even got a day in heli-boarding!! This place is truly special.
And of course, the photographers in us couldn’t resist stopping by #ThatWanakaTree and taking a few snaps.
Our accommodation was actually only a few hundred metres from this spot, and it was one of our favourite guesthouses we’ve stayed in all year! The @wanakahomestead is a family-run lodge, with a big fireplace and living room for the guests to enjoy, and it really feels like home. Absolutely loved our time there, make sure you check it out next time you’re swinging by Wanaka.
Keep an eye on our stories today and tomorrow to see some snowboarding action from the Southern Alps.

This time last year we were getting ready to head off to Mykonos, Greece for our first trip as a family of 4. It was a difficult trip with Riley having a milk allergy and us not knowing yet but we still had the best time. .
I love Greece mainly for its amazing food, white washed buildings and crystal clear water. It's somewhere I could happily go back to every year. Mykonos is a lovely island to visit as a family check out my link in bio to see what we got up too.
