So, yesterday's conversation with this very good friend made me write this. What defines Women's empowerment and what makes her a role model?
Now a days we see many many girls as social media influencers ( not pointing out anyone but just a common term used), some become overnight sensation because of some videos, pictures etc. Some women are travellers, while many of them are worth applauding, looking at the circumstances that they have overcome to become so!
But question here is while the woman's body is a wonderful gift from God, does only showing if off makes her empowered? It is her elegance and the way she shows it without making it look vulgar is something which is admiring!
Lot of them like us, can have all the luxuries and hence get to the top, but women fighting against all odds and then getting to the peak, without having that success reaching their head is Woman empowerment!
Women who influence in a right way while trying to bring out all the good changes In society is Inspiring!
All these qualities make her a role model!
PS: These are just the topic of discussion and not trying to put anybody down! I appreciate every woman coz she has the power to influence!
Isn’t it time you created the “right” daily habits?
Habits are the small decisions you make and actions you perform every day.
Your life is pretty much the culmination of all your daily habits.
It takes 66 days to form a habit (NOT 21 days).
The reason most diets don’t work is because they only last 30 days.
If you want TRUE change, lasting change, you’ve got to commit to two months of that action.
Changing your lifestyle will get you the results you want, not just changing something for a few weeks.
The secret to your success is found in your daily habits.
Get comfortable being uncomfortable!!!
Climbing rocks and getting dirty is really big deal for ME!

I do NOT like dirt, bugs, or getting my hair wet and frizzy from mist 🤭🙅🏻♀️🐜 #sorrynotsorry 🤣
But you know what else I don’t like?
COMFORT ZONES! ☠️
A few years ago I heard the saying “If you are not growing, you’re dead” and I swear I can never un-hear that🥀
I am SO grateful for this hike challenge because it caused me to do a lot of things I wouldn’t have before or at least wouldn’t have chosen to.
I have climbed hills and mountains, gotten dirty and muddy, seen animals and bugs I don’t wanna see 🐍🕷🐺 read a map successfully, gotten lost, scaled rocks, crossed creeks, gotten rained on, and almost had heat stroke...ok mayyyyyybe that’s being dramatic but I was way too hot and dying once on a hike on a date and it was embarrassing - so let’s call it heat stroke 🥵😉🤣
And you know what came from all that uncomfortableness? A ton of GROWTH! 💪🏻
I’m so much more chill in nature now. I look forward to the challenges. I get excited when it starts raining a little because it means it’s more of an adventure. I think it’s fun to get a little dirty and I overall just take things as they come out there.😎
I really believe this comfortable from being uncomfortable is also trickling over into life off the trail too. It proves to me how life is here to live and explore and have fun adventures where we do not know all the answers but we will figure them out as they come!

What if we decided that this week we would do these ten things.
Are you up for the challenge?
You will be amazed at the smiles you will make.
1. If you see a service man or woman tell them that you are grateful for their service.
2. Each morning this week do some sort of exercise. Even if it is just great stretch before you get out of bed. Go for a walk
3. Donate books....some of us...me ;)..... have so many books. Donate them to a library.
4. Cook some cookies for someone who is going though trials.
5. Spend the week really loving on your friends and loved ones.
6. Always always always round up. It's less than a dollar and it is going to a great cause. Don't be that person that doesn't do this.
7. When is the last time you have given blood? this week look up where and when you can give....this is life changing. you are giving life.
8. Spread the word on an organization that you think is doing great things...Post it to your Face Book page. Give them some love. you never know who you are touching.
9. School is about to start. Donate a back pack that is filled with school supplies. It will cost you $20 bucks. And it will make a kid that has no school supplies feel better. this is a big one...also if you have kids teach them about this. Teach them to have Empathy and Concern.....then teach them that you give.
10. Most important.....love yourself. Do something for you this week.
Get a massage
Get a fresh haircut
Buy those shoes
Eat dessert first
Go to the park and swing
Call in sick..go to the beach
Eat in bed
Binge on Netflicks
That is MaD yall. that is Making a difference.
I love all yall. I am so freakin proud of what you are accomplishing. Keep making a Difference.
You become what you give attention to.....
What are you paying attention to?
Is it what you want in your life.
If it is not making you better and bringing you joy get it out of here. stop just settling. Stop being ok with just OK. Stop arguing. Stop giving your energy to someone who doesn’t deserve it. Stop wasting your precious time.
