Your landscaping is a huge deal!! 🌿
Everyone loves a perfectly manicured lawn and if you’ve spent time and money (cuz we know it ain’t cheap) 💸 to creat a backyard oasis or curb appeal that you’re proud of, selling your home in the winter months would NEVER do your yard justice.
I’m not suggesting you switch your selling plans up, but what I am suggesting is that if you or anyone you know has thought about selling this fall or winter consider having professional EXTERIOR photos taken now while your landscaping still looks beautiful.
Buyers will LOVE to see the potential your homes has for their first summer months, not to mention it gives you a huge advantage over the competition.
Great time last week at Keller Williams Mega Camp, networking with and learning from THE BEST!

In the market for a new vacuum? A few tips:
1. Consider bagged vs. bagless. Bagged vacuums usually hold more but you must purchase replacements.
2. Look at the cord length. Usually you want at least 25 feet; maybe more depending on your space.
3. Check to see how much it weighs. The heavier the vacuum, the harder it is to maneuver.
4. Compare noise levels. This is especially important if you have young children or share a wall with neighbors.
5. Look at the type of filter. Some must be replaced while others are reusable.

We had a great weekend last weekend with family and friends! There are so many amazing things about San Diego living. From Saturday date days with my oldest daughter at our favorite brunch spot to the park and a Friday date night with my wife at one of our favorite wineries, and then going back on Sunday with family after our Church league softball game. God is good!

Repost from @daniellejeffreyelliott - It felt like my very first clients & the transaction landed in my lap so beautifully. They were more than qualified (a loan officer's and realtor's dream!) ready to shop, offer submitted, offer accepted, closing date on my calendar (with $$ signs around my commission 🤣), birds chirping, the sun is shining.... everything was perfect..... Then BAM! All hell breaks loose, we have to terminate and I'm looking around like WTF just happened!! 😫 😫 •
That's Real Estate! That's life! Some days are smooth, some days are bumpy but what did you learn? What was your take away? How will you get better? My take aways:
1. EVERYTHING is negotiable in Real Estate.
2. MINDSET can make or break you in this business.
3. Just because you have a license, doesn't mean you have a business.
4. There is always something to improve on, keep learning, keep reading, continue to grow.
5. The race is not for the swift, but those who can ENDURE it.
6. Real Estate is not part-time job even if you have a full-time job (9-5ers like myself). 7. Your friends and family mean well (I adore mine btw), but they're not your only audience to market to. FIND your audience.
