The One day experiential workshop where participants get a basic knowledge about Laughter Yoga and how it works as well as learn about the immeasurable benefits it provides for the body and mind. You will experience a Laughter Yoga session and Laughter Meditation and learn finally how to get involved in Laughter Yoga and its different practices. You will also learn to laugh all by yourself and get some practical ideas on how to bring more laughter into your lives.
During the course, you will learn how to lead a group of people through simulated Laughter Yoga Techniques developed by Dr Kataria, and skills of converting this simulated laughter into real infectious and spontaneous laughter without using jokes, comedy or humor.
After completing this training, you will be trained to conduct Laughter Yoga Seminars, Workshops for corporate, companies, hospitals, schools, colleges & universities, old age homes, prisons, children with special needs etc.

Despite our best intentions some weeks just don't go as planned. This is one of those weeks for me. This week on several occasions I have purposefully put thought into a task and was unable to finish or complete it. I forgot to bring two presents to two different parties, I sent my daughter two swim shirts with no bottoms, I slept in after alarm didn't go off even though I had intended to check that.
So what can one do? ❤ Give yourself GRACE and LOVE. ❤ Do a self check in. Are you chasing too many rabbits? What HATS need to be put a side for now. ❤ Give Gratitude to yourself and others. What areas are you a ROCKSTAR in. Celebrate those areas. ❤ Make a SMART GOAL for the week. Build momentum from your success. ❤ Find an accountability/inspiration partner. Someone who supports and encourages your life purpose. Having a coach, friend, supporter, teammate can make all the difference. ❤ Possitive Affirmation and Intentions. Start and end your day with intention and positive words. What you tell yourself matters. "I feel loved"

Everything I do comes down to this
My #PhD on #yoga and #mentalhealth = I undertook #research to reduce people’s levels of depression through yoga, therefore reducing the likelihood of suicide
Mental #wellbeing#coaching = helping people live a #productive and #proactive#life whilst #recovering from #depression and #anxiety , again, reducing the risk of suicide
. #laughteryoga = proven to reduce levels of depression and anxiety, therefore a reduction in symptoms leading to a reduction in suicide
My podcast, The Prozac Yogi = openly talking and sharing about mental health and #spiritually , sharing helps us heal, therefore reducing our depression and lessening the chance of suicide
