Meal (lunch and dinner) prepping is a great healthy habit to master. You know you’ve mastered it when it just becomes what you do without thinking about it or having it feel daunting to do. It not only helps you eat well, if you ensure your meals are healthy, but also helps you honor your hunger. Meaning you begin to eat your prepared food when your body gives you signals that you are getting hungry. You don’t have to wait and then grow more hungry because you don’t have anything prepared and then possibly make bad food choices because you’re so hungry.
The bonus benefit is that the money you otherwise might have spent on unhealthy and/or unnecessary bought food out or on fast food, can be saved and also planned for things that you really want to do. How about relocate, experience more travel, going to see performance art or broadway shows, trying new adventures, or even getting that training or certification. All things you’ve been thinking/talking about but haven’t put plans in place to do more or experience period. Whatever it is you so desire to live your best life. Something as simple as meal prepping can lead to so much more in addition to having a healthier mindset and body. So why all the confusion?
Simply put... We are confusing GOALS with OUTCOMES
For example... Goal: I want to workout everyday of the week 🏃🏼♀️
Outcome: Be and feel stronger & more toned! 💪🏼 Get clear on your real intentions.
What do you really want? What is the reason you want to be “healthy”? Now separate the difference between GOALS and OUTCOMES and start measuring your progress on whether you completed your goal.
Most of the time we don’t see changes because we’re not actually completing the goal to achieve the outcome.
And if you’re achieving your goal and the outcome isn’t happening, take that as feedback on how to alter the goal.

Over the last year I’ve really stepped into my own and my power and when I started dating again oh boy was it a man repellent as soon as they knew what I did ‘oh I’m super cool with that...’🏃🏻♂️💨
So cool they ghost you...anyway thank you, next! My point being when you’re in this line of work or you fearlessly show up as your authentic self it makes people shit themselves. Not because there’s anything wrong with you, far from it! It’s because they’re being forced to step up themselves and know you’d see right through their bullshit - they can’t hide anymore. As Queen’s even without knowing it we challenge people to dig deeper, think more and expand their awareness and some people just aren’t ready for that and running or making you out to be the problem is the easiest solution 🤦🏻♀️
Queen if they can’t handle your shine they need sunglasses simple! Wait for the right people who can handle your shine and shine with you baby. This applies across the board with everyone in your life. You may scare people but don’t worry you’re not Shrek it’s simply your power to stand in your truth - people HATE that they can’t do that themselves or aren’t ready to ✨
So keep on scaring people Queen because eventually whether they stay in your life or not your shine will make an impact on people whether you know it or not. Keep shining, keep showing up and your tribe will shine with you 👑

Imagine money to be just like the sea 🌊
Money comes in and money comes out. Think about it money has always returned to you and when you shift your mindset from lack to seeing it as a constant flow you start to see shifts ✨
Money is energy remember the universe see’s £10k the same as £1 we as humans are the one’s who put pressure and blocks on receiving larger amounts of money. My best advice is break it down. If you want to manifest larger amounts certainly set that goal and then break it down into manageable monthly goals so it doesn’t feel as ‘big’ or ‘scary’ 💰
Finally have fun with manifesting money, fun is the best energy to attract abundance. Let go of the ‘how’s’ or ‘when’s’ and make more mindful choices when spending. Will this item bring you joy? If yes buy it if not then don’t. You want to make sure every transaction you have with your money feels good and in alignment to you to attract even more money to you 🙌🏼
So Queen set your regular money manifestation goals and have fun with it. ‘Money flows to me consistently and easily from unexpected sources’ and it can for you too repeat this affirmation as often as you like 💷
