Visiting Rome, the ‘eternal city’, is a must for any traveler wanting to learn and better understand not only the history and wonders of western civilization, but also the magnificent modern Roman people. Rome is truly awe-inspiring and timeless.

I'm really happy to show you beautiful gift I received from my friend @heeresunterkunft . The pack consists of mix of repro and original paperwork, personal items and last but not least, rations. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Geschenk mein Freund! 😊
My irreplacable @kotwi_ and I harvested about 3 kilos of unripe walnuts. Then, I was peeling them whole day, put the shells in water and boiled them. When the solution cooled down I strained the shells and put my wool into the cauldron. The outcome is in my highlighted stories. You can also see a bit of my dyed apron in the previous post.

Piccola correzione: Francesco Savorgnan in realtà è Federico Savorgnan. Scusate il lapsus 🙄
When people ask, how was your summer? Im almost out of words. It's hard to describe how 4 weeks on the road with @linekristinsdottir is, and all the amazing markets and places we have visited this summer! We early decided what markets we wanted to attend, and we planned good routs to drive to visit cool places along the road, and take really nice overnight ferry (cruise😂😎) to save some hours of driving. I feel like we really made this summer count, we did the best out of the trip, and was laughing all the way from Trondheim, to Germany, to Sarpsborg, to Trondheim, to Sweeden, To Poland and then back again to Trondheim. Favorite part of the roadtrip have to be the Kiel ferry, and stopping in different places to have a night swim with a good beer. And of course all the markets we visited this summer, I promise you guys if we could we would go to them all!! luckily we are going to one last market for this season in a couple of weeks, already looking forward to that 🥰
We are already planning the 2020 season, and I really hope to see many of you guys again! I have said it before and Ill say it again: in the end, its all of the amazing people we meet that really makes this hobby so special! So many talented, understanding, hearthwarming people. ❤️
Lets fill this winter with lots of projects, and make this winter pass quickly! .

I've always been interested in the meaning of names, and I particularly love mine.
My first name, Anne, comes from the Hebrew name Hannah, and means grace or graceful.
My middle name, Ragnhild, which is only used by my family, comes from the old norse Ragnhildr, where ragn means advice or council, and hildr means battle. Ragnhild therefore translates to battle advisor, or sometimes also shieldmaiden.
I don't imagine my parents imagined me getting into viking reenactment when they named me, but I would say my name suits me!
Autumn colours 🧡❤️ I'm overjoyed to be back in the North and see the seasons change in a way that I'm used to. It actually gets dark during the night now, and the northern lights is just around the corner!
