Collective Arts Brewing
Is this the brewery Mecca in Ontario? Well yeah it was sweet. A never ending line to try some of the delicious beers, a patio packed out back with people (and their pooches) everyone enjoying said beer and dope art throughout the complex. I can see why a lot of people told us we needed to check it out! It didn’t disappoint:)
Beer: A large variety of beers most noteworthy is their IPA collection and their sours. When we visited they had some interesting collaborations on tap that didn’t disappoint
Food: They had some donuts for purchase but no real food that we saw
Patio: A large beergarden out back!
Dog Friendly: Very!
Parking lot: parking lots in the front and back of the building :)
Built in 1889, our historic building in the heart of Preston, MN – the Fillmore County seat – has served as a bank, post office, shoe store, jewelry store, county offices, apartments and, now, a local craft brewery! Opening August 2019 😁🍻

The taproom is open! Beat the heat with any of our locally made beers, hand crafted specialty cocktails, cider, shandy, sour, or mead! This little drink is our Lemon and Blueberry Shandy! House-made purée with fire grilled lemons and puréed blueberries! We mix the purée with a light beer, usually Honey Blonde or Insight, and make this light, delicious, fruity, and refreshing drink! Perfect for these hot summer days!
As Chip Gaines would say...Iits demo day!" Day one of demo. The roof leak has been repaired and we are hoping to pull out the drop ceiling and carpet. This is just one side of the brewery, the tasting room will be next door and we will need to knock down the wall between sometime soon. Check later today for after day one photos. #sanfordnc#localbrewery#craftbeer#craftbrewery#drinklocal#wilddogsbrewing
After 10 days on the road, covering 3,798 miles by car, stopping in at over 50 breweries, I finally figured out why my first #MANcation was so wonderful... No, it wasn't the beer (though I got to taste some great beers, some good beers, and some, hmm, other "beers")... No, it wasn't the breweries (though some were really great, others were charming)... No, it wasn't taking awesome pictures on my trip just to #MakeMyWifeJealous (but, boy, it was fun doing that!) The highlights of the trip, and what would make me take another #MANcation were the folks I met at each brewery. The faces of the brewery (or winery, or any other venue) are what makes a visit memory, regardless of the brewery decor or craft beers themselves.
Unfortunately, I realized this only after a few days into the trip - so I did not get to capture some photos of Katelyn at @riffraffbrewing who took great care of me (and Chris, the chef there who really went out of his way to find just the right V for my friend!!!), or Mark at @rowleyfarmhouse who blamed me for ordering my own beer that wasn't RFA (won't be making that mistake again!), or Sarah (with an "h") at @animasbrewing and many others folks that provided such wonderful service... The next few photos is dedicated to each person that made my trip both memorable & enjoyable. 🍺tj on my #MANcation and #MakingMyWifeJealous
As much as I'd like to enjoy the outdoors during the summer, 93 degrees and a humidity you have to wade through just doesn't sound appealing.
Last night the wife and I dropped into @clutchbrewco at @kegandcasemn. They've got wealth of natural light which is the next best thing to being on the patio. Pictured is Goomba, an ESB brewed with Chaga mushrooms. I love fungi but this one missed the mark for me. Worth a shot!
I’ve been trying different styles of beer lately, and I think the Maltas Especiales from @coralillobrewing is my favorite so far. It’s made with barley, wheat, rye and oatmeal I believe. It was a little darker inside the tasting room then I’m used to, kind of more of a bar vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful, A+ for them. The Stardust (Ziggy) is their most famous drink, it’s a white stout that was also tasty.
Oh and to tell a coralillo from the non poisonous similar looking snake remember: Red against yellow, kills a fellow. Red against black, friend of Jack
Sunday’s are for drinking beer and relaxing 🍺 What are your Sunday plans?! ✨

#FlashbackFriday to this former carpet warehouse listed for lease on Craigslist in the middle of a bunch of county parking lots, offset from the heart of Downtown.
Today this warehouse is a brewery that in its 2.5 years in business has come so far. That brews great beer to support our community and brings together people from all walks of life, a variety of interests and one common love: beer and good times.
Whether it’s a bike night, food truck rally, fitness class, social, networking group, massive food festival or anything in between - you can count on us to be throwing epic parties that bring the community together, more often than not in support of an incredible cause.
Thanks for your support. This warehouse wouldn’t be the brewery it is today without it. 🍻 #swfl#swflbrewery#fortmyers#downtownfortmyers#localbrewery

My first commercial batch, my recipe & effort is still fermenting away. I’m beyond excited to see this ready & on tap knowing that was me behind that beer. It has some more time left before it will be available on tap, but I cannot wait to see how customers react to it.
From the seeing the progression of the samples daily, it’s on track to be very similar to the batch I brewed of this almost a year ago at home that brought home a silver medal 🥈in the IPA category. Only once it’s packaged and ready will I be able to say for certain, but this beer will be BOMB.
So grateful to be able to do this and be at this point in my brewing life. Can I quit my day job yet? 😂 *every Homebrewer that brews a single good batch of beer at home*
