Wow... what a journey this year has been. From being injury ridden and rock bottom physically, the amount of growth that has happened this year, both the mental and physical change has been nothing short of amazing. This year has been a year of personal growth and achievement to get back to where I was and then grow from there. I had to shut down a lot on my social life for a while, and i apologize to all of those who I have been short with me time with. I’ll be making you all proud and showing it was all worth it come December.
Beyond proud and grateful of having my coach lead me through this journey. Breaking my mental walls down in the gym and continuing to push growth day in and day out of the gym. From a weak and broken 157 lbs at the begging of the year to having my strength back and maintaining around 175 lbs. Even though I’m still a little banged up, I feel amazing compared to how I was a year ago. We’re just getting started coach 😎 great things to come. .

Flipping through a photo album at my parents I came across the left picture taken the month before I was invited to check out a Virtual FitClub...
There was NO indication that I "needed" home workouts, meal plans, a super food shake and an online community for accountability and support.
I had resigned from my Fitness job but hadn't shared how much I had ballooned up. I didn't talk about feeling lonely from having left my uplifting community. And I didn't even realize that I was experiencing severe Anxiety from seeing my Mom be on the Verge of passing on.
All this girl knew was that I was her former boss who quit to do exactly what I wanted to do and having worked in Fitness since forever, I probably wouldn't need any help in my health goals.
But she asked A•N•Y•W•A•Y! And I am so grateful she did!
You know you can make life choices to do exactly what you want to do, but that doesn't stop the World from going round and round..
You can't control what happens to you, but you can learn the tools for how to deal with it.
Because I was invited to something that didn't even know I needed, I have lost 35 p•o•u•n•d•s, learned the tools to reshape my mindset, joined a new uplifting community and feel fulfilled in my part-time job of helping others the way someone helped me!

Here’s a delicious dish that is a staple on Italian menus everywhere, very healthy, and is always a big hit whether cooking for friends or just family. If people just said it tastes good they could just be blowing smoke up my, well you know what. But, they actually ask for the recipe after trying it, which I believe means that they truly savor my flavors, or they’re just trying to flatter me 😊. Anyhow, here are the details: You’ll need 2 lbs chicken thighs, 1/2 onion, 8 oz mushrooms, 1 bell pepper, salt, garlic, and onion powder, Italian seasoning and 1.5-2 jars of organic marinara. Parmesan or other cheese can be added on top for extra flavor too.
Take organic chicken thighs, sprinkle with seasoning then bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes till they’re almost done (slightly pink in middle) and at the same time chop up onions, mushrooms, bell peppers to get ready.
Pour the juice from the thighs from the dish and add in the mushrooms, then bell peppers and cover with your marinara sauce. Spread the onions throughout and press them into the marinara as well before sprinkling more garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning. You can now add some mozzarella or Parmesan on top if you want some warm, gooey dairy deliciousness to top it off.
Put it back in the oven for another 20-30 minutes for all the veggies to cook and chicken to finish as well. Once the time’s up let it cool about 10 minutes or so and then chow down 😋!
