This one may not seem like that big of a grading job, but a lot of challenger came with this one! From tight parking on narrow roads to only haven’t 1/2in of clearance on each side of the dingo bucket for the gate through the backyard. To discovering what seemed to be an old dry well of some sorts and having to have a machine towed out. To almost a foot and half elevation change from the back of the property to the front where it was flooding this customers basement. A lot of learning and happy to say this one is completed off the books with one happy customer! #landscaping#michigan#lawncare#K &TLandscapingservices
Scaling a service-based business is a real challenge. Because if you don't know the only way to scale a service-based biz is to do more services. But there is only so much time in the day to do so. ⠀
About a year ago I found myself wondering how I can grow/scale my company without adding the work load of another full-time job to my plate. And here are a few things I found to be helpful.⠀
1. Niche down to a few offerings you are REALLY good at! If you haven't read The Pumpkin Plan - this will help you understand why this is important.⠀
2. Add amazing people to your team. This may take some time (like years) but having great people on your team will help you grow. I am so grateful for #TeamStellaluna ⠀
3. Ask for feedback. I am always shocked at how many business owners don't ask for feedback/reviews from their clients. But when you get their feedback that shows you how you can improve and add more offerings that make the value of what you offer increase. ⠀

🚨 TRANSFORMATION ALERT 🚨
I cannot get over this transformation...it’s simply amazing!
Sara came in a few months back with really short hair and wanted 20in extensions for her wedding in October! It definitely was a big challenge to take on because of the length and thickness of her hair but I had total confidence we could make this work...and WE DID IT! She is so beyond thrilled and excited to have the hair of her dreams for her big day 💍
To achieve this look we used 2 bundles of @bellamihairpro Volume wefts with a sew-in method in 20in with shades #8 /60 and #4 /16. We installed 6 rows using the darker blend for depth in the interior in the back alternating with the lighter blend. The results are just STUNNING. Laying this application out to hide the shortness of her hair took time and patience but was so worth it! Its not your typical application and when getting into a transformation like this it is very important that the client is aware of what it will take every day to style and blend these!
Sara is allergic to color so after installing all the wefts we toned her hairline and top horseshoe section in foils so the color did not touch her scalp with @redken shades 9NW. Who else is obsessed with @bellamihairpro Volume wefts?!? @ambermcmahen#ambermcmahen
Did you know that there’s two types of Chicken Shawarma Sandwiches at @detroit75kitchen?!
Vernor Hwy has grilled chicken, sautéed peppers, cheddar cheese, sour scream, salsa. (My fave)
The I-75 is their classic chicken shawarma sandwich. So good!
