Over the next few weeks we are putting our hearts and souls into preparing the space and will be opening on Monday the 30th of September 😆

Officially back to group tomorrow and have to say I'm looking forward to a kick up bum! .
@sacla_uk fiery chilli pesto (2.5 per level tablespoon), courgette, red pepper, yellow pepper, red onion, chicken chipolatas and cheddar (HexA) pasta, served with garlic bread (may aswell enjoy my last meal 😏) washed down with a vino .
⭐️Bringing little cherubs to the salon ⭐️ As all of our lives get busier, we find it more and more difficult to find time for ourselves so it’s even more special when you book in for a massage, facial or any other quiet chill out treatments.
SELF LOVE SUNDAYS 🌳 ☀️ 📚 🍦 .
Today I took a leap, to some a leap of nothing, to me a big step.
With the better half being away for the weekend I took the decision to take myself on a day out.
A short drive up the road to National Trust, a long walk down to the house past the deer followed by sitting in front of this beautiful lake and reading my book and a 1.5 Syn Mini Milk from the shop.
The point being, I made a step, something I haven’t previously felt comfortable doing. I had a lovely #selflovesunday .

We all want to feel confident and comfortable in our own skin, but it is not always easy to achieve that.
A lot of factors contribute to low self esteem and low self confidence. But it is not impossible to over come them.
Low self esteem can hinder our growth and motivation to achieve our goals. But it is never too late to kick that self doubt to the curb!
Firstly, Think positively and be kind to yourself! Challenge your negative thoughts and focus on the positive. Write down one positive thing about yourself everyday!
Secondly, Set realistic goals for yourself and write down your progress and accomplishments regularly! sense of accomplishment will give your self esteem the boost that you need.
Third, Take care of yourself. Practice self love and don't be too hard on yourself. we all make mistakes and mess up. It is not the end of the world!
Fourth, Try out new things, and broaden your horizons.

Enveloping ourselves in the synchronicity and forms of nature is truly transformative and healing.
Today visiting 🌴 @sardar_patel_farm was an experience beyond expressions... 🌱 When Gratitude is in each breathe and mindsets are to give it back... The universe showers its magic 💫✨ and practicing mindfulness will make us aware about all those things which are beyond our understanding and just by being conscious about the all "beings" grounds all of us and connect us with the universe. 😇
For the first time in my life I’m following the flow of what speaks to my soul. This is a very different summer for my husband and I. Typically we’d be back in Europe (his job takes us there) I’d have a plan and our future would be full of “knowns”... but that’s not the case right now and I’ve given up what I thought should be happening for what is actually happening.
Not only does it feel amazing to live in the now, with exactly what’s in front of you (insert pizza 😋) but it sets you free from the stories in your mind that take us places that aren’t even REAL. Surrendering to what is, is so much sweeter. #themindfulblonde
One of the biggest battles that occurs in our mind is wishing things were different somehow. Some things, we do have the power to change, and we should take action to correct them. A lot of things though, we unfortunately cannot change, no matter how much we wish that we could.
Once we accept that we are unable to alter everything, our minds naturally become calmer, stress reduces and we become happier people.
Acceptance is hard to get to, but with meditation we can reach that point that little bit quicker. 👉 Tag someone who you think should see this.
How to teach your children to meditate:
Set the right environment. Play calming music, 528HZ soundtracks are good. Diffuse some essential oils.(make sure they are AGE SAFE, we love vetiver or lemongrass) If you don’t have a designated room, then have a designated spot. Keep it clear, tidy, and free of distractions ie. TOYS lol
Teach them correct posture. They should be sitting up poised. Relaxed shoulders and jaw. Hands rested on thighs or in lap. If they are easily distracted, have them close their eyes.
Set intentions and dedications. INTENTION: Have them ask themselves why they are meditating. Their answer is their INTENTION. For example “I meditate to understand myself and the world better.” Or “I meditate to process my anger/sadness/etc' DEDICATION: “I dedicate my meditation to kids who need to feel peace.” They can also dedicate to a family, member, friend or even pet ❤️
Imagery. Children (adults too) may need guided imagery. Prior to the meditation beginning based on their intention help them to create a scenario on which they can focus. For example: for anger they could imagine a raging waterfall (the intensity of the emotion) which leads to a calm pond with lilies sitting on the water (the release and acceptance of the emotion). Get creative and find something that works for them.
Teach them proper breathing. 🌬Breathe in, and feeling air coming into your nose. Breathe out, and count one. Breathe in, and notice air filling in your lungs. Breathe out, and count two. Breath in, and see the air expanding your belly. Breathe out, and count three. 🌬 Repeat for two or more rounds until relaxed.
REMEMBER: Don’t lay the pressure on them. Start small, 1 to 5 minutes depending on the child. Have realistic expectations for them. Meditation should be an enjoyable relaxing practice for them, something they turn to.. not run from.
