Grand Canyon! Woke up way early so we could watch the sunrise at Mather point, hiked a little of the South Kaibab and Bright Angel trails, and finished out the day checking out all the lookout points on the way to Hermit's Rest. It was so hard to pick only 10 photos. I'll definitely be posting more later. #grandcanyon#nationalparks#hike#hiking#geekoutonnature#itreallyisgrand
Licking His Chops! In the few minutes we watched this guy, he was constantly licking his lips. Not from a good meal for sure. He had been gnawing on some old bones that the ravens had mostly picked clean. He also was sure he was hidden!
Day 1: day of insanely BLUE lakes like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Started with some hiking and canoeing at Moraine Lake, then more hiking over at a minty blue Lake Louise up to Mirror Lake ending at Lake Agnes 😱🥰
For a minute I thought I’d teleported to Jupiter 🤔✨ #DeathValley#California

Question for you guys 👉🏼 Matt and I are traveling to the Catalonia region of Spain next month and we need some recommendations! It looks like we will be visiting Barcelona, Mallorca, and the Costa Brava area. If you’re a local or been there before, please share your tips for must-see places, where to eat, places to stay, best beaches/calas etc. ☺️🇪🇸☀️

“This is hands down my favorite spot in the Faroe Islands. As far as I can remember, I’ve never felt so small standing on these massive cliffs; and the fact that thousands of seagulls were flying around just made this place even more unreal...”

These days it can be a rarity to be doing just one thing at any given time. How often are we checking our phones when watching a movie, listening to a podcast when driving, reading an article whilst eating, adding things to our never ending to-do lists, or mindlessly scrolling through Instagram during a beautiful sunset? We are so often multi-tasking and nearly always consuming something. It’s one of the reasons I love hiking. It forces me to be focused entirely in the moment... to think about my surroundings, how I’m moving my feet, the weight on my back, the sounds of nature, and the feeling of being truly alive. I find myself getting lost in daydreams and thoughts, and it’s typically where I have my best ideas. My body may be tired at the end of a hiking trip but my mind is usually buzzing with creative energy and aspirations ✨ Does anyone else experience the same thing?
