It's easy to go with the flow, until the grief hits. Punches you in the gut when you're least expecting it. But you have to flow through that too. Feel the situation and move forward. For me, it was yesterday. Minding my own business, doing the dishes when a song came on. It's always a song or a smell that triggers me. You're somebody else by @flora_cash has a part of my heart, I first heard it when I started taking care of Gram. Yesterday, reminded me. Reminded me of how much I miss her. Miss telling her all the things. Sharing my kids, my findings, my stories. How I miss hearing her voice, her stories. Watching game shows or all the cop shows with her. Doing her freaking nails. She loved it and so did I. It's hard when you lose someone that you're close to and you love so much. The mending of the heart is the hardest part. Because you're trying to sift through the emotions and trying to put it all back together but you're just missing one piece. I could post a picture of me crying, eyes red and puffy, a sniffling mess. (But keeping it real, it's in my stories 😂 because writing this I started crying again) I chose to write about it. For me to look back on. You see, for me, Instagram, FB.. Social Media.. Is like a scrapbook. FB is more for family. And Instagram is for my photos and words. As a person who goes with the flow, I want to be reminded of things, of times. But I also want to know, how much I've grown as a human. Evolve is the name of the game. It's ok to break down, or to remember those times. But I definitely don't want to see me crying. She wouldn't want to see me crying.

The Ruddy Daggerwing (Marpesia petreus) is a bright orange species with an elaborate shape and dagger-like tails. It’s wingspan May be up to 9.5 centimeters. With its wings closed, the mottled brown color and pattern of its underside are an excellent example of camouflage as it looks like a dried leaf. This beauty occurs from southern Florida on down through Central and South America.
