☀️ This piece was inspired by a recent summer adventure to a nearby town. We stumbled upon this sweet little covered bridge on our way to Elora. .
Turns out it’s the oldest standing wooden covered bridge in Ontario! I know, I know, SO EXCITING! Wow. .
I love the tranquility of this sunny scene. Soaking up the last of the summer landscapes until fall sneaks up on us 🍁🍂
I have seriously embroidered the cutest names✨ Dang, thank you guys for choosing me to make these pieces for you😭🙌🏽💛 See the last slide for a little video of this piece.
In case you missed it, the drop date is Friday August 30th at 8pm CST and I will continue to be posting sneaks until then💛✨ I can’t wait for you guys to see them!🙌🏽
I love my new little plant nook in our living room! I finally have room for all my loves! 🌱🌾🌿 I also wrote a blog post today on tips for growing larger plants indoors like the Arabica coffee plant pictured from @plantingtree. You can find the link in my bio! 🌱☕️
A custom order of my #recycledsterlingsilver earrings are ready to go home! 📦
Melted, hammered, stamped, drilled and oxidized these lovely little earrings will be a great every day wear for their new owner and I just can’t wait till she gets them! ♥ ♡ ♥
In progress. I’m experimenting with a potential new ornament design, inspired by the San Juan islands, to add on to my holiday collection. I’m not yet sure how this one will evolve, but I’m liking the dawn feel to it so far. I’ll probably at least put in one more island since I like an odd number aesthetically. Thoughts?

I have just returned from a trip to see family on a beautiful mountain in Alabama. The beauty there always surprises me all over again.
It's good to have a bit of my life back after 7 weeks of constant stress. Hopefully no more tears and mental breakdowns for a while☁️ Probably shouldn't use Instagram as a diary but what the heck.
Did CPR on a patient, couldn't save her.
Took blood from another patient, she told me she had horrible veins but that I should try anyway and was so sweet about it. I managed to get 2ml but not enough for the other bottle. Apologised and said a doctor would come (this was a Friday), Monday I found out she died later that Friday from a heart attack.
You really never know nor realise that you can have an interaction with someone and it could literally be their last day on this earth.
Med school teaches you a lot of things but also does not teach you a lot of things.
@meraki.elements gorgeous pottery is another stand out coming this weekend! Nature plays a large role for the inspiration in both design and decoration of their pieces. Most work is created by manipulating slabs of clay into various forms and then painting the surface with a black pigmented paint called ‘underglaze’. The pieces are then carved with a special tool in a technique called ‘Sgraffito’. This process reveals the light clay beneath creating an image of striking contrast once fired. Each piece is unique in its form giving them individuality and character!
This is one of my Poppy Fields painted a few years ago... I’m kind of nostalgic today, remembering when I started my series of Poppy paintings, back in 2007. It was when my Mom asked me to paint for her a field of abstract poppies only using a palette knife. I loved so much painting it, that I decided to continue the series... and the technique. 😊
You can view my entire Collection of Poppies on my website at the link in bio.
Some new #recycledsterlingsilver pendants in the works 🤩
So far these are so much fun to create.
I was letting the Silver do it’s on thing for the most so as I could attain a rather organic shape and feel. I wanna know what it looks like to you. 🤔

I recently finished a fungi commission for a wedding anniversary. The couple love foraging for fungi together so I was given a list of edible fungi they often find on their adventures. It was great to try some new species, the collection includes a Wood Cauliflower, Chanterelle, Bay Bolette, Slippery Jack, Cep and Chicken of the Wood.
