Of cause there is also (a little) space for being grumpy and impatient in my life. That‘s called balance. But in these days I‘m simply overwhelmed by gratefulness how life is simply flowing. So many projects are done and dusted:
I can’t wait to meet the wonderful @runmindful family soon in Austria at the RunMindful Retreat; to lead our running groups at the GRC through some beautiful meditations, a perfect combination with mindful running by the way. Also, Yoga for runners is coming, which basically 🤔means, I am teaching a bunch of good friends mostly. And, finally my heart project: mindfulness for children <3 is on the way..
Life is good. Enjoy these good moments and gather new strength for the bad!

If you hear the word 'holiday' you can't help but think of beaches, sea/ocean, sunshine and fancy places or nonstop-sightseeing.
For me it's kinda different. I like taking SMALL trips in oldtowns and cities i don't know of course. But i hate crowd and noisy places, little bit awkward on a beach. ( I'm not saying that i never ever want to go these kind of places but not for long, a day maybe... or a couple of hours. If i have a choice, the are not on the first place :) I just get bored of them easily.
Holidays and trips for me mean i take hours-long-walks in hidden places. I love exploring areas where not many ppl goes or not any at all. Forests have the aura that i really love. I can spend long hours or days wondering around. There are scents, sounds, lights and many other things that i can be charmed by. If it was...no,it IS another world, separated from the casual sounds of cities and towns. They have their own stories, music, rules, you only have to listen. Respect it. Don't ruin it. Be greateful what you can find there and don't take too much. You'll be surprised by the response.
It has much more treasures than you can see at first sight.
I loved there were soooo many blueberry bushes out there. (They are my favourite fruits so another plus positive point.) And i was pretty surprised by their taste - if i thought blueberries i can get in a shop are good, i have to say; i've never tasted real berries before.
And to tell the truth not only the finnish forests and stony shores were the only i got obsessed with. It was like...well if i'd got home there.
And yeah...i'm going to upload a huge amount of photos in these days. 😏
One of the most magnificent geologic features in the world is the Ausangate Mountain of the Peruvian Andes. ❤
The mountain is striped with colors and is also known as Vinicunca and it requires several days of hiking to reach its peak deep within the Andes by way of Cusco.

Ein weiteres Flugbild von einer Großlibelle, was mir gestern im Wittmoor gelang. Bei der Namensfindung bin ich mir nicht sicher, vielleicht kann jemand helfen. 🙂 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ .
