Nice birds can be found everywhere and this one was taken in the back of someone's yard near the roadside. Looks very similar to the Malaysia Pied Fantail found here in Singapore but the Phillipines version has a longer eyebrow and more white in the tail, among other differences.

Deer, the staple prey of the tiger, are red-green colourblind. This makes them unable to distinguish between red and green or orange and green, which is perfect for camouflaging this apex predator. Evolution, at its finest. .
