Sorry everyone for the delay, had to take a break on social media to focus on other tasks.
I'll be teaming up with @blazing_heavens later this month [10/21/2017] to host a basic night photography workshop that will get you ready for the advanced stuff. If you're interested message me for more info.
Today is the apollo programs 50th anniversory! It’s such an amazing thing that we went to the moon and back with a crew of three incredibly brave people. I hope we get to witness it happen again! 🌙 @jaxsonpohlmanphotography
The old pier at Inlet Beach was a labor of love to plan for a Milky Way with Jupiter shoot. Funny how you can go during the day, use your tools toward the sky, get SO damn excited about the clear night ahead, like a good little MW nerd! The reality is light pollution and folks with white (not red!) lights that shine like the day. Then there’s always the hazy clouds that move in. But you know what, life is never perfect or how we plan, but SOMEHOW, if we try, we can always find the beauty in it! Hope everyone has a GREAT weekend! Don’t be mad at me, but I’m the lightning photographer wishing for storms! Ha! 🖤
2019 Partial moon eclipse above the necropolis of Pantalica – Sicily - Italy
The photograph shows the recent partial eclipse of the moon taken over the Anapo valley in the Pantalica reserve, a UNESCO world heritage site.
The place of shooting is one of the many rocky necropolises: the necropolis of Filiporto where there are many small tombs carved in the limestone rock. Nearby is also the ancient Byzantine village and the remains of an ancient building known as Anaktoron. In the sky, in addition to the Milky Way, it was possible to capture the planets Jupiter and Saturn.
Often left behind as a tourist attraction the hundred years old town clock was built in 1918, was funded by city merchants. It was designed by Italian specialists and has served as a point of reference for the city and shopping center. Interesting in this monument is the presence of ornamentation in patriotic frames and rosettes, of which are distinguished: the portraiture of Skanderbeg overlooking the front of the building and the two-headed eagle with a view of the east.
Do you do night\/astro photography by yourself ?) What do you like to capture the most ?)

How you view others is a projection of how you view yourself. See beauty in everything and everyone.
